Chile City sightseeing Trips

We had an amazing time on our trip to Chile. Everything on our itinerary was planned perfectly and everyone was early to arrive and very friendly and happy to give recommendations. The W Trek experience was made so much easier and less stressful thanks to their careful planning. Would recommend to anyone looking to experience Patagonia without having to worry about missing out on booking any part of the trip.

Honestly, this trip to Chile was something else. I didn’t know what to expect going in, but wow — it blew me away. From city life to total wilderness to the most surreal desert I’ve ever seen… it had everything. Santiago totally surprised me. It’s got this cool energy. one minute you're walking past old colonial buildings next you’re sipping wine on a rooftop with views of the Andes. And the food? Next level. I was legit full the entire time. Then came Patagonia and I mean, come on. You see photos online, but being there? Completely different. Puerto Natales was the cutest little town, super chill with killer views, and it just felt so peaceful. And then you're surrounded by mountains that make you feel really, really small (in a good way). And just when I thought the trip had peaked, boom we’re in the Atacama Desert. I’ve never seen landscapes like that before. Moon Valley looked like Mars, no joke. The salt flats were insanely quiet and still, like the world paused for a second. And those mirror-like lagoons? Unreal. I took way too many pictures. The whole thing was smooth — flights, guides, hotels — didn’t have to think about a thing. If you want a trip that’s equal parts adventure, nature, and just pure “whoa,” this one’s it. I came back with full camera storage and even fuller memories.

We just returned from a 5-week trip to South America. The team was AMAZING. They helped us plan a very complex itinerary that included multiple cities in Chile and Peru, a side-trip to Easter Island, Machu Picchu and the sacred valley, and finally Iguazu Falls in Argentina and Peru. The advice they gave and the hotels they chose were truly exceptional. The detailed day-by-day itinerary was very helpful, and all of their in-country partners (e.g., drivers, tour guides) were terrific. Everything went perfectly. Best travel experience ever! The holiday tour I booked was fantastic! It exceeded all expectations, with incredible sights, smooth logistics, and a memorable experience that I’ll cherish. Everything was well-organized, and I couldn’t have asked for a better trip!

Beautiful countries. The Optional Boat tour in Valparaiso was a bit disappointing - not enough to see to make it worth the time in my opinion. There was a small tour in Pucon that visited a waterfall that I felt was also not really worth the time it took out of the day. The BBQ was a blast! As someone who doesn't eat beef , Joyce organized they also cook some chicken for me, unfortunately it was obvious they are not used to cooking chicken. I would have been happy with the pork already on the menu as the chicken ended up very dry. Still had a fabulous time. One more thing....Joyce is one of the best CEO's I've had. She was constantly researching to make sure we had everything we needed and many options were available to us.

Yet again G Adventures delivers. Seamless travel and experiences through another two countries, led by someone who obviously enjoys her job. This trip has given us ideas of where we'd like to visit again when doing a longer tour of South America. Now time to book another destination.
