Chile 5-Day Tours and Trips

We just returned from a 5-week trip to South America. The travel team was AMAZING. They helped us plan a very complex itinerary that included multiple cities in Chile and Peru, a side-trip to Easter Island, Machu Picchu and the sacred valley, and finally Iguazu Falls in Argentina and Peru. The advice they gave and the hotels they chose were truly exceptional. The detailed day-by-day itinerary was very helpful, and all of their in-country partners (e.g., drivers, tour guides) were terrific. Everything went perfectly. Best travel experience ever! If you're a nature lover, an adventurer, a hiker, or a photographer seeking to capture the raw beauty of our planet, Torres del Paine should be at the top of your travel list. I had trained in anticipation for this trek by doing several hikes with roughly the same weight I'd be carrying in Torres del Paine. I also had completed a half marathon in Patagonia so I was acclimated to the elevation. I'm very glad that I had the training before hand. It made the trek more enjoyable and I was able to keep a good pace.

My daughter and I enjoyed the 13-day Best of Patagonia tour, which included activities such as kayaking down the La Leona River and walking with penguins on Martillo Island. Patagonia is a fantastic region, and Say Hueque did an outstanding job organizing the vacation. When we arrived, a representative from Say Hueque welcomed us at the airport and guided us through the town, explaining what to anticipate. I strongly suggest it to everyone who like nature and wants to experience some of the world's most magnificent landscapes!

The trails were very well marked and easy to hike on your own. There is a clear itinerary of where you should be each night. Do not bring food, as there is an excellent and ample breakfast, lunch and dinner provided. The showers were also decent and at all the camps on the W trek and had warm water. The sleeping bags and mats were warm enough, although I did go in December, so summer season. Transfers were seamless. We had to wait for the ferry to make a second trip at the end, so a one hour thirty minutes delay, and the buses waited on us to take us back to Puerto Natales. Having everything booked took the stress out of trying to get my own sites and transportation, and meals being provided saved a lot on weight. Overall, no complaints and a great trip!!

I recently had the privilege of embarking on a trip of a lifetime to Patagonia, a place that has long been on my bucket list. This remote and untamed region, nestled in the southern reaches of South America, exceeded all of my expectations and left me with memories I will cherish forever.
