You took very good care of us on our trip and we thank you for that. We would recommend your company to anyone who is interested in visiting Argentina! We miss Argentina already. Our trip was fantastic and memorable so hopefully we will return soon. There were so many parts of the trip that we loved and appreciated. We liked the fact that we were picked up by someone from the airport when we arrived. Picked up for our trip to Bariloche both ways and picked up from our hotel to go back to EZE. That definitely took some stress off of our trip. Our whole trip went accordingly without any delays or mixups. The team planned everything out and it was perfect for us. Also, we appreciated the restaurant suggestions since we didn't know where good places to eat were. We loved both our hotels. Fierro had wonderful and helpful staff. They couldn't have been more helpful to us. The breakfast was always delicious. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. In Bariloche we stayed at Cacique Inacayal Lake Hotel and it was very nice. The view from our room was breathtaking. Waking up every morning to the blue skies, lake and mountains in the background. It was amazing. The location was great since it was only a few blocks from the Town Centre. We loved all our excursions because each was different and showed us different aspects of each city. All 3 of our guides were exceptional. We loved Rodrigo's passion for Buenos Aires and showing us the history, the way of life and the beautiful sights. I wish we would've had him show us around another day too. His English was very good so it wasn't difficult listening to him explain the history of the city. In Bariloche we had Karen as our guide. Since she spoke English there was no problem understanding her. When we went to Cerro Campanario I didn't know you had to go on a ski left. I told her i was afraid of heights and not sure if I could do it. She rode with me on the lift and helped me to go up and see the amazing views. I'm so glad she did. I wouldn't have wanted to miss those spectacular views. She also introduced us to mate tea. Rodrigo explained it to us and Karen gave us a taste of it which I'm glad she did since I didn't really like it so I didn't buy any. Karen was a nice, easy going tour guide who was happy to convey her deep knowledge of the Bariloche Big Circuit area. Then we had Nicholas take us on a boat tour of the Nahuel Huapi Lake and eventually wound up on land and trekking a mile to see a beautiful waterfall. The lake views were breathtaking. Nicholas spoke 5 different languages which was very impressive. He was very knowledgeable of the area. Everything was fantastic and went very smoothly. I just wish we could've spent more time in your beautiful country. Thank you so much for a trip of a lifetime. Everybody here asks us why we picked Argentina to visit. After i show them our pictures and talk about our trip they want to visit too someday. You took very good care of us on our trip and we thank you for that. It was such a fabulous vacation, and then I came back to reality where I have been so busy! Everything was perfect! I want to open the itinerary and pictures and think on each part again to be able to respond. Thank you to all of Say Hueque who worked to put together such an epic experience!

We had a great time in Patagonia. The assistance we received from Patricio was always timely and helpful. He was able to answer all of our questions and went out of his way to make sure we understood what we could expect. We learned about Say Hueque by searching the internet and reading travelers reviews. The highlight of the trip for us was the day trip to the Prieto Moreno Glacier. It was a great pleasure meeting Martin in BA and giving us lots of very good advice for things to do during our visit to the city. Our favourite excursion was, of course, to Iguazu Falls - it is a truly magnificent site. We also had a wonderful time in BA, exploring some of the historic sites and museums, meeting the friendly, local people, eating the local food and drinking the local wine. We stayed in L'Hotel in Palermo Soho and we enjoyed it, especially the friendly reception staff. Our only major excursion with a tour operator was to Iguazu Falls, and this was the major highlight of our trip. We will always remember it. All guides and drivers assigned by the company were punctual, very friendly and knowledgable. All pickups went like clockwork. Martin was our favourite. We enjoyed talking to him and listening to his advice during our pickup and drop off at EZE. Everything on our tour was exceptional. Our whole trip to Argentina was a memorable experience. Before any memories start to fade, we wanted to let you know right away what a fabulously planned trip we had. Before our trip, we had lots of questions and concerns about how the arrangements would be made. The day by day itinerary, along with the overview itinerary, were extremely useful tools. Every single organization that this tour company worked with did exactly what was outlined in our itinerary every single time. We never had to wait for someone to show up. We never arrived somewhere unexpected. All the arrangements were handled smoothly and efficiently. Throughout the trip we talked about how impressed we were with your work. Thank you for making this trip to a fascinating part of the world absolutely joyful. We were able to immerse ourselves in the beauty of the Patagonian area without needing worrying about mundane travel details. We know our time in Patagonia was enhanced due to the all the work you did to make our trip a success. We send you heart filled thanks.

We wanted the help of a reputable agency to plan our trip. It was a rather large trip and since we were unfamiliar with the country, needed help coordinating everything. We also were overwhelmed with all of the possible places to go and your company made it easy with their trips. Favorite hotel was Dazzler Polo and least favorite was Aeroparque Inn and Suites. The best excursions were in Ushuaia, followed by Iguaz. I really loved the hiking and paddling trip especially. The team from Antartur were amazing and Ren from Ecoturismo Iguaz was phenomenal. He used all of his connections to get us around which were key because the amount of tourists in Iguaz was substantial. The El Calafate trip could have been improved. We were scheduled to have a day of excursions, a day off, and a half day there before flying back. Because of the Christmas holiday, however, it meant that we couldnt book the excursion we wanted for the free day (Estancia Cristina) but we did a glacier boat ride. And the following day we were in El Calafate until almost 5PM. In the future, it will help for the team to ensure travelers have something to do during the Christmas holiday and to have that booked far in advance (and an earlier flight out wouldve been great). It affected scheduling for Iguaz and we were on a flight every day for three days which wasnt so fun! We hope to be back in Argentina in the future :).
