day 1Travel to Argentina: from Posadas to a local estancia
Upon arrival in Posadas, you will be taken to Rincon del Socorro Estancia, settled in Iberá area, near the popular Wetlands.
Welcome to Rincón del Socorro
Welcome to Esteros del Ibera!
Esteros del Iberá is more of a once-in-a-lifetime experience than a tour. Is the perfect place for travelers who want to experience ecotourism, explore an off-the-beaten-path destination in Argentina, and be truly in contact with nature and local fauna. The Esteros are the second-largest wetlands in the world after Pantanal in Brazil and one of the biggest freshwater reservoirs in the continent.
The estancia is the perfect base to explore the area and enjoy a typical gaucho environment. This is much more a family house than a hotel so you will have the chance to try homemade food (all meals are included) and learn about inhabitants’ customs. Once in the estancia, you will have the afternoon to explore the beautiful secluded countryside.
Meals included: Lunch, Tea & Dinner. Non-Alcoholic drinks are included during meals. Alcoholic drinks are NOT included

All the places that I visited were amazing
All the places that I visited were amazing, but among them, I particularly liked Ibera wetland (although getting there in a rainy day was extremely tough). It was such an unique ecosystem with a large variety of animals, where floating marsh creates different scenery everyday in a huge lagoon, which was absolutely unforgettable. I found this tour company to be extremely organized and helpful from the beginning to the end, and tour coordinators were always available. I would like to convey my gratitude here. Thank you very much!!
It has been an unforgettable trip and we loved it so much!
Ibera was fantastic and i am soooo glad we got to know this place because nearly noone knows about it. That is so cool! Patagonia was stunning with its Perito Moreno, a really unique experience as well. El Chalten has been very windy but the hike was so cool! Argentine Experience was incredible, it was such a great evening!!! Definitely highly recommendable! Thank you so much for all your help and organization. It has been an unforgettable trip and we loved it so much! All the Best!
Ibera Wetlands the highlight
A good balanced trip but the highlight was certainly 3 days at Rincon del Socorro in the Ibera Wetlands. Iguazu falls was fine but crowded and touristy (as you would expect with such an iconic sight). Could have easily spent another day in the wetlands.
