Lake Constance Circuit by Bike

Very well organized. Really liked the personalized book that supported the journey with information about each spot along the way. The app was also super helpful for each leg of the trip.

An absolutely fantastic route with stunning scenery and interesting places to visit. Excellent bikes and detailed information in a beautifully presented booklet. Location and ambience of B and B Hotel, Konstanz was a bit disappointing, especially as we were there for three nights in total during the week. Maps were a little confusing as they weren’t absolutely specific to each day’s journey. However, overall a great holiday.

We loved our Lake Constance bike ride. The bikes and accommodation were excellent. The countryside was beautiful. We plan to do further trips.

Very enjoyable ride. Beautiful lake. Accommodation was great. Baggage transfer worked perfectly.

Overall, the touring and support was satisfactory. I would suggest turn by turn maps/SATNAV support.

First half around the lake the bike signs were not as visible as the second half, but I used tracker app which was excellent. Bags were always on time at our destinations.

Well organized, hotels were amazing and great quality, directions/documentation detailed and easy to follow.

Overall the trip was very enjoyable. It was a great value for the cost, all of the arrangements were good, the luggage service was dependable, and the navigation maps were adequate. In hindsight I might have opted for the hotel upgrade. Our hotels were clean and comfortable, but the locations were often less than ideal. Especiallly the hotel in Konstanz. It also irked me that they would not let us check in before 3pm, nor would they store our luggage when we first arrived. The bikes were OK. I wish there was an option for a better quality non-electric bike. The GPX navigation files were a little confusing to manage, and they would benefit from annotation (listing sites of interest and cues for turns). Overall though, I was very pleased and would use them for future trips.

A fun trip even with 3 days of rain.

Our Lake Constance bike trip was very enjoyable even with 3 days of rain. The hotels were small but comfortable and they all had terrific breakfasts. The e-bikes worked well and we were glad that we had them with the rain & wind. The only suggestion I would make is to have the e-bikes at the first hotel. It took us several hours to get to the hotel, drop off our bags, figure out the bus system to get over to the bike rental place and then negotiate our way back across the city on the bikes to get back to the hotel. Or maybe pick a hotel closer to the bike office?

Great week cycling around Lake Constance. Very well organised. The hotels were very good, the bikes excellent.

An easy gentle ride through beautiful European towns and countryside. Good bikes, acceptable accommodation.

Good adventure. I think the maps need more work as we got lost a few times. Also the first half of the first day wasn't much fun as it really was riding through light industrial. On reflection would have recommended taking a train to a twin 25ks away and doing 25km from there. We enjoyed the trip. The hotels were good and the bags arrived always in time. It was a fun experience.

Trip was fantastic. All hotel were staffed by friendly people and rooms were good. Bike was fabulous thx. Sometime the navigators in our group took a while to figure out the correct pathways to follow. Particular mention to the Yacht hotel who went way beyond their duty when I was ill. They were wonderful. Overall I would recommend the company for making the trip easy from booking to end if journey. Thank you!

Bikes were great, comfortable and ''fast'. Accommodation was very good. Route was easy to very scenic.

Being a bit older and not of the technology age we didn’t download the app with GPS etc and probably regretted it as we got lost a few times.

There was enough of everything. Magical views, great accommodation, thoughtful hosts and the occasional challenge finding where I had missed the trails. No problems on my own and would recommend this trip to anyone who has a passion for biking even in spite of age! Thanks so much to all concerned.
