Germany Cruise Trips

It was a more relaxed itinerary with 3 nights in each city, which I thought was great. I was able to schedule a 1 hour visit at St Mark’s Basilica in Venice during free time on the second to the last day, you just have to buy tickets in advance. It makes sense to do it then because you are already in the area. I normally do Globus Tours but after this tour, I think I may do more with Trafalgar. It was a very good experience, with lots of delicious food and drinks.

I recently returned from a Trafalgar tour and would like to share some exceptionally positive feedback. They are, without question, invaluable assets to your organization. I have travelled extensively around the world, both independently and with a variety of tour companies. Trafalgar has long been my preferred choice, as my previous experiences have consistently reflected the high standards and exceptional service the Trafalgar brand is known for. With that in mind, I began the Best of Germany & Austria tour on 10 May, already expecting a quality experience. What I received, however, far exceeded even those expectations. This tour was exceptional in every respect, due entirely to the professionalism, dedication, and genuine passion demonstrated by the two individuals who truly embody the Trafalgar brand. Their performance elevated the entire journey and left a lasting impression that deserves formal recognition. I wish to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional work demonstrated by the Driver (Sime Spitic ) and Tour Director (*************), whose professionalism and dedication consistently elevated the quality of my travel experience and strengthen the reputation of Trafalgar at every moment. Sime, whose professionalism, safety, and guest‑focused approach significantly strengthened my travel experience. His commitment to safety is evident in every aspect of his work. From a meticulous clean coach, to calm confident handling of the vehicle in all conditions, he consistently demonstrated the highest standards of care and safety. His professionalism and warm, respectful manner created an environment where guests felt valued. Sime greeted all of us with genuine courtesy, maintained a positive atmosphere throughout the journey, and handled unexpected situations with composure and skill. It was his passion for what he does, that I believe truly has a measurable impact promoting strong Trafalgar brand loyalty. He is an asset to not only his coach company, but to the Trafalgar brand itself. Throughout the tour, Tour Director ************* demonstrated remarkable leadership skills, deep destination knowledge and wisdom, and an unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction. His ability to anticipate needs, resolve challenges with calm efficiency, and create a welcoming, engaging atmosphere resulted in a seamless tour for all of us. Guy went above and beyond, his day‑to‑day responsibilities to ensure that the tour guests were taken care of and accommodated for. His professionalism and passion for the role, add measurable value to the Trafalgar brand. I was sincerely impressed with his compassionate leadership of the group, his communication skills are exemplary, and his passion and enthusiasm for the role, are truly assets to the Trafalgar brand. He inspired confidence in the brand and strengthen Trafalgar brand loyalty with his professional and genuine customer focused approach. Guy is the perfect example of how dedication, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for what you do, can reflect the highest standards and truly promote an organization and brand to the highest level. I believe their contributions deserve recognition at the highest level. I sincerely hope that their supervisors and management team, are provided with the opportunity to reflect on this feedback, because these two men, add immense value and directly influence, in such a positive way, the Trafalgar brand. This is a great sample of Germany from the big cities of Munich and Berlin to the quaint little villages like Rothenburg and Nuremberg. I was amazed at the number of farms throughout the country. The food was ok but the local beers were very tasty. The hotels were a great improvement over Ireland And Britain tours we did previously. Berlin did not have much around our hotel but Dresden was probably the nicest city we stayed in. Neuschwanstein castle was a highlight as well as visiting Dachau and the Brandenburg gate. Would have loved more time to visit the Olympic village in Munich. Some of the optional excursions were not worth the money but the excursions with dinner were the best times!!

Ten days of beautiful scenery and fascinating history that took my wife and I from Ancient Rome to feudal lands and the renaissance. All brought to life by an excellent tour director and local guides. A Magnificent trip we will always remember.

Awesome! Busy itinerary with the added excursions but well worth it. We saw a tremendous amount of cities, villages, scenery, historical items, etc. Food, hotels, tour bus and tour director were all great!!!

The itinerary visits many interesting cities, and the hotels are generally very good. The itinerary is a bit ambitious, so there is a lot of time spent on the bus to cover over 1,800 miles in 8 days of travel.
