Enjoy your breakfast and start your guided tour at 8 am. Visit Old and New Delhi. Go to the Raj Ghat, where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated. Pass by the famous Red Fort before stopping at Jama Masjid.

You may also get the chance to visit Chandni Chowk and the spice markets in and around it. Proceed to New Delhi next. See Qutub Minar (which is also the tallest stone tower in India), the imposing India Gate, Rastrapathi Bhawan and the Lotus Temple.

Drive to the pink city of Jaipur​ ​(280km/6hr)​ ​and check in at your hotel upon arrival.​ ​

Visit the Amber Fort in Jaipur, which was built in the 16th century. Drive past Hawa Mahal, also known as the Palace of Winds. Take a trip to Jaipur's City Palace and explore the museum inside it. Walk up to the adjacent Jantar Mantar, an observatory that was used for astronomical observations in the past. You have the evening for yourself. Stay overnight in Jaipur.

Check out of your hotel after breakfast and drive to the Mughal city of Agra (250km/5hr) . En route, you may also get the chance to visit Fatehpur Sikri, the deserted red sandstone city built by Mughal Emperor Akbar.

Meet your local guide upon arriving in Agra. Check in at your hotel and make your way to the Agra Fort. Explore this outstanding architectural example of the Mughal Empire before returning back to hotel.

Get ready to enjoy the beauty of the Taj Mahal early in the morning. The Taj Mahal is listed among the Seven Wonders of the World and is the emblem of eternal love. It was built in 1653 by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan.

Constructed of white marble, this monument is a UNESCO World Heritage site. This epitome of love leaves visitors awe-struck with its architectural magnificence. Return to your hotel, enjoy breakfast and travel to the Agra Cantonment Railway Station to board a train to Jhansi (​215km).

Enjoy your journey aboard an Indian train​. Deboard your train near Orchha, meet your tour guide and drive to the town of Orchha, which lies in the Bundelkhand region of Madhya Pradesh. The town Orchha was founded in the 15th century AD and is renowned for its numerous temples, palaces and forts. Popular among them are Jehangir Mahal, Raj Mahal and the Laxmi Narayan Temple (known for its mural paintings).

Head for Khajuraho (172km) next. Checking in at your​ hotel in Khajuraho.

Travel to Khajuraho's ruins in the morning​. Meet your tour guide and visit the world renowned temples of Khajuraho, known for their erotic sculptures. Visit both the eastern and western blocks inside the temple complex.

Though all the temples are worth visiting, the main attractions are the Parasvanath Temple and the Adinath temple. Stay overnight in Khajuraho.

Leave your hotel at 8 am after breakfast and drive to Varanasi (400km/8hr), the holy city of the Hindus. Check in at your hotel upon arrival. Enjoy the famous Ganges aarti in the evening. Ride a boat on the river and visit the ghats and cremation sites. Stay overnight in Varanasi.

After an early morning boat ride on the Ganges, visit Sarnath, the place where Lord Buddha gave his first sermon. Visit the ruins of Sarnath as well as the stupa and the museum. Return to your hotel in the evening.

Transfer to Varanasi's airport and catch your flight to Delhi. On arrival at Delhi's airport, meet our representative and transfer to your hotel. Stay overnight in Delhi.
