This is a very comprehensive fast paced tour that in my opinion was good value.
If you are a fan of India's cuisine and flavors then you would enjoy the all the authentic meals offered. Besides five star hotels we stayed at, the safari style tiger resort and the former palaces were challenging yet interesting. Our guide was top notch and ran the tour exceptionally well. Insight has always impressed me with their tour buses. The buses have been very roomy and comfortable which makes a big difference in the quality of travel.

Guillia put a great self-drive tour together for us and Susana looked after us as we travelled.
(Even when we got lost)
The car and accommodation was good and the guides patient and informative.
Only issue we had was parking in small villages, garages, and cities.
Apart from the parking we had a relaxing and enjoyable holiday, thank you.

I enjoyed its variety and fullness.
Whilst the palaces, monuments and museums were spectacular and gave a good sense of history, I valued the times we saw ordinary people in the present day setting, for example the village near Agra, the Sikh temple and kitchen feeding 10,000 people a day, the Chandi Chowk markets, the cooking demo.
Time could have been better spent by not going to the Aravalli Hills for dinner. It took quite a bit of time to get there and home. I would have preferred spending time at the Jaipur Literary Festival. We passed its venue.

Great itinerary- well paced except for Aravalli Hills drive and evening meal … long drive and nothing to see or do … prefer a replacement
More local people experiences eg village, farm, NGO, countryside…
