day 3 - Saqqara & Coptic Cairo

Continue to Coptic Cairo, where you'll explore some of the city’s most significant Christian and Jewish landmarks, including the Hanging Church, St. Sergius Church and the Ben Ezra Synagogue – all linked to the Holy Family’s flight into Egypt.

day 4 - Fly to Luxor – Embark on Dahabiya Cruise

After breakfast, you'll be transferred to Cairo Airport for your included early morning flight to Luxor. On arrival, visit the vast Karnak Temple complex and then cross the Nile to the Valley of the Kings, home to the elaborately decorated tombs of pharaohs. You'll then board your traditional Dahabiya sailboat before noon and begin sailing towards Esna. Enjoy a hand-prepared lunch on board and take in the scenery as you pass through Esna Lock.Dinner is served on board as you dock at El Hegz Island.
