The itinerary, accommodations, and overall organization were spot on. I’d definitely recommend.
It was truly a journey to remember for a lifetime, and I found myself wishing it wouldn’t end
The tour included several extra activities, and my spouse and I chose to do the hot air balloon ride in Cappadocia, which was, by far, the highlight for us. There was also some free time built into the schedule in Santorni and Mykonos; we chose to relax As a vegetarian, I had no trouble finding suitable options, which was a relief. The hotels were comfortable and clean, all rated four stars. Overall, this is a tour I’d recommend to anyone.
This tour had a bit of everything, and that’s what made it memorable. I loved how toure guide kept things running seamlessly, giving us a perfect mix of guided activities and free time.
The tour pace was a bit intense, but with so many natural and historic sites to see, it felt worthwhile. I focused on gathering memories, taking tons of photos along the way. Our guides felt like travel companions, knowledgeable and warm.
The tour maintains a fast pace in Turkey, which could be a bit tiring for those over 70, thankfully we could have some relaxations on the islands. I thoroughly enjoyed this trip.
As someone who has joined numerous tours before, this was truly one of the best experiences I've had. The smaller group size made a huge difference, allowing a more personalized experience. I’d never done a small-group tour before, so I was pleasantly surprised by how much it added to the overall enjoyment. Having researched both countries extensively, I already knew the must-see spots, so when I saw those highlights included in this tour, I reached out immediately. Alex, the Eskapas tour operator, provided clear details and quickly answered all my questions, which reassured me about joining. This was my first trip with Eskapas, and I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you!
It was a well-balanced experience that delivered exactly what was promised. I am happy as a solo traveler.
The hotels were mostly comfortable and well-located, the guides and drivers were very professional, top class. Many thanks to all Eskapas staff.
Transportation and accommodations were solid, and the itinerary was diverse, covering highlights of both countries. The group atmosphere was friendly, and it felt like everyone got along well, which added to the enjoyment. Thanks to the guide for keeping everything organized and enjoyable. Overall, a well-managed trip with good balance.
The itinerary covered an impressive range of sites, from historical cities to picturesque islands. I particularly enjoyed the well-organized transfers, which were always on time and made each day feel seamless. The guide and driver were professional and patient, helping everyone get the most out of each visit. I left with a good mix of relaxation and cultural insight.
We like visiting cultural places and both Turkey and Greece are full of cultural places! Our Turkish guide Nadir was very informative, outgoing, kind and a pleasure to be with is. Our Turkish part was fully escorted, while in the Greek islands we were mostly alone on the beach. So I recommend this tour for a good balance between relaxing time on the beach and visiting To do. The overall arrangement was excellent and the experience we had was truly amazing and will never be forgotten
Great tour! Our Turkish tour guide, Nadir, was a very kind, loving person, professional and very knowledgeable about Turkish history. The Greek islands are yours alone. No tour guide. Everything was well planned. A ferry ticket was provided to the hotel in an envelope! Great tour overall.
I really enjoyed the trip! I would give 4.5 stars if I could. Everything was very well put together and coordinated. The only good thing was knowing ahead of time that some of the site-specific people preferred to speak Spanish (I should have practiced more before going). And I got the transportation information earlier (pickup time, etc.). Everything else was great!
This is actually a combination of two tours. The first half delves deeper into Turkish history and culture. It is full of experiences and attractions. The accommodation, food and transportation were all excellent, but the real gem was our guide - Nadir was incredibly knowledgeable, passionate and kind. The second half of the tour, the Greek Islands, is truly a change of pace. Plus, ferry and resort transfers are always on, but you can relax and enjoy. The resorts were spectacular and the transfers were great.
