day 1 - Welcome to Casablanca
Meet our representative on arrival at Casablanca Mohammed V International Airport. Discover many gems in the economic capital of Morocco during a sightseeing tour. This tour includes a visit to the Hassan II Mosque, the largest mosque in Africa and the seventh largest in the world.
See the inside of the mosque as well before you head for Place Mohammed V, followed by United Nations Square. Then take a stroll along Ain Diab corniche before transferring to the hotel.
day 2 - Casablanca – Fes via Rabat & Volubilis
Leave Casablanca for Rabat after breakfast and enjoy a sightseeing tour of the administrative capital of Morocco on arrival. See the splendid Mohamed V Mausoleum as well as Hassan Tower and Place des Oudaya. Continue your journey to Fes with a stopover at the Roman ruins of Volubilis and the sacred town of Moulay Idriss I, where the founder of the first Moroccan kingdom was buried.
Check into your riad on arrival in Fes and stay overnight in the city.
day 3 - Private, guided Fes tour
Your local tour guide will take you on a sightseeing tour of Fes today. Founded by Moulay Idriss II in 790 AD, this city is the cultural and spiritual centre of Morocco. Highlights of the city include its medieval medina and madrasas, as well as the Al-Qarawiyyin Mosque and the magnificent Nejjarine fountain.
Fes is also home to a handful of tanneries, some of which have been in operation for centuries. Visit the Arabian House in the afternoon and see the local artisans at work. Stay overnight in Fes.
day 4 - Fes – Ziz Valley – Merzouga Desert
This morning, you will leave Fes behind and drive over the Middle Atlas, past cedar forests with monkeys, to stop at Midelt, a beautiful alpine town. Surrounded by huge pine trees, this tranquil mountain town is a great spot to cool down and relax.
Then continue to the desert of Merzouga. Jump on a camel on arrival and take it for a ride. Do some exploring before it is time to check into a Berber Camp, where you will spend the night.
day 5 - Merzouga Desert – Todra Gorges – Dades Valley
Your camel driver will wake you up in the morning and take you out to enjoy an amazing sunrise from the sand dunes of Erg Chebbi. Return to the camp, enjoy your breakfast before driving to the Todra Gorges, also known as "Morocco’s Grand Canyon".
The Todra comprises beautiful limestone cliffs that change color with the movement of the sun. Explore the plunging depths and the stupefying heights of the gorges then drive to the Dades Valley.
day 6 - Dades – Valley of Roses – Ouarzazate – Marrakech
The journey continues to the Valley of the Roses after breakfast. This area is famous for the festivity that takes place in the first week of May. From there, you will travel to Skoura Oasis followed by Ouarzazate, where you will visit Ait Benhaddou, the famous Unesco heritage site and shoot location for many Hollywood movies.
Your day ends on arrival in Marrakech, where you have a free evening after checking into your hotel. Perhaps, you might want to spend the evening at the famous Jemaa El Fnaa Square.
day 7 - Explore Marrakech with an expert local guide
Enjoy a guided city tour of Marrakech today. Travel down its winding streets and see the bustling souks selling everything from everyday items to beautiful arts and handicraft. No visit to the city is complete without a trip to the city’s Unesco-listed medina and Jemaa el-Fnaa, a lively square and a bustling marketplace in the medina.
After exploring this mystical city, you might also want to relax with our optional activity – a visit to a traditional hamman where you can enjoy a steam bath followed by an exfoliating massage.
day 8 - Drive to Marrakech airport & departure
Your adventure ends after breakfast. You have the morning for yourself to explore the souks and make some last-minute purchases before checking out of the hotel by midday.
