day 1Tangier arrival and Chefchaouen

Welcome to Tangier—the gateway between Europe and Africa. Located close to the south of Spain, visit the medina (old quarter) and take a paseo to enjoy a stroll along the promenade. Or, travel straight on to the blue-hued city of Chefchaouen in the Rif Mountains.
Enjoy the scenic route, stopping along the way to hike (two to three hours) to the Cascades d'Akchour (Waterfalls of Akchour). Chefchaouen offers endless winding, narrow streets, and picturesque buildings. Find Plaza Uta el-Hammam for a restaurant or café and enjoy a meal as you people-watch.
Though non-Muslims are not permitted to enter, the Grand Mosque is still worth a visit. From there, explore the nearby kasbah (old fortification) and tour the garden, museum, and some of the old prison cells. Follow a path outside of the city walls to Hotel Atlas and climb to the rooftop to enjoy a panoramic view of the Blue City.
For the slightly more athletic, follow the street east to pass over the Ras el Ma Spring and ascend the path (20-30 minutes) until you reach the abandoned white Spanish Mosque. Enjoy one last view over Chefchaouen as the sun sets behind the mountains.

Amazing 7 days in Morocco

An amazing 7-day tour and it has been absolutely up to my expectations. From surreal blue lanes in Chefchaouen to ancient medinas in Fes, each stop was an in-depth journey into Morocco's rich culture and history. Other magical moments included rides into the golden dunes of Merzouga, appearing very much like an enchanting mirage, and sleeping under the star-studded desert sky-something I am not in a position to forget. We were grateful that the itinerary was so creatively planned and would offer us just that perfect mix of sightseeing and taking it easy. The tour guides on active duty were knowledgeable and quite engaging in trying to keep us informed and comfortable during the journey. Starting from very smooth transfers down to fantastic accommodation, it is a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Fantastic Cultural and Scenic Morocco Tour

This tour from Tangier to Marrakech was really above all my expectations. Well-balanced, plunging deep into cultural immersion in places like Chefchaouen and Fes, finding breathtaking natural landscapes like the Atlas Mountains and Sahara Desert. Riding a camel through golden dunes at sunset in Merzouga is just magic and will stay in my memory forever. Indeed, each day was passed with different experiences-from the wanderings around ancient medinas to the revelations of kasbahs hidden from the world. That really made the journey one of great enrichment.

A magical Moroccan journey

The 7-day magic from Tangier down to Marrakech was a blast! From the colored streets of Chefchaouen down to the historic cities of Fes, and then again the magnificent dunes of Merzouga, every second felt like a dream. The itinerary was very good, and there was sufficient time to experience Morocco's rich history and diverse landscapes. The ride on camels across the Sahara and sleeping under the stars were some of the greatest highlights of this journey. Knowledgeable tour guides were friendly and always made sure we were at ease. From ancient medinas to the High Atlas, this tour truly offers a taste of real Morocco.
