My husband and I decided to climb Kilimanjaro as part of our honeymoon trip to Tanzania. Our tour operator was absolutely brilliant from the word go! Our team, and especially our guides, Rashid and Osmani, went above and beyond to help us reach the summit. They were so friendly, professional and every detail was taken care of - including providing hot water bottles for our sleeping bags in the cold nights. Our guides were only too happy to show us extra insight about the mountain, as well as teaching us some Swahili! We couldn't have made it to the summit without their help and support. All 7 members of the team (porters,chef, waiter, guides) were keen to meet us and even performed a song for us, which was really moving. Although we spent less time with the porters and chef team, when we did see them they were always smiling and keen to talk to us, and did all their tasks with enthusiasm. A visit to the Ngorongoro Crater is an experience of a lifetime. There are few places that have wildlife densities and variety at this level. It is not unusual to see the big five in one day! It also boasts the most amazing setting with a backdrop of the 600m/1968ft high crater wall.
Lake Manyara National Park provides the perfect introduction to Tanzania’s birdlife. More than 400 species have been recorded here and even a first-time visitor to Africa might reasonably expect to observe 100 of these in one day. Highlights include thousands of pink-hued flamingos on their perpetual migration, as well as other large waterbirds such as pelicans, cormorants, and storks.
There is more to the Serengeti than large mammals. Gaudy agama lizards and rock hyraxes scuffle around the surfaces of the park’s isolated granite koppies. A full 100 varieties of dung beetle have been recorded, as have 500-plus bird species, ranging from the outsized ostrich and bizarre secretary bird of the open grassland to the black eagles that soar effortlessly above the Lobo Hills.

The 6-Day Machame route package approaches Kilimanjaro through forest and moorland from the south-west and joins the Shira route before traversing beneath the southern icefields of Kibo.
The rainforest is extremely beautiful and there is a tangible sense of ‘wilderness’ once the higher elevations are reached. The views of Mt. Meru floating on the clouds are simply unforgettable, and we make our final ascent to the summit by the stunning Barafu route. The 5-day climbing Kilimanjaro via Marangu route is one of the most popular routes to the summit of the famous Mount Kilimanjaro. The route enables the climber to reach the summit one day earlier as compared to the Machame route. This route does, however, offer you the option of spending an extra acclimatisation day on the mountain if needed.
This route offers the relative luxury of being able to sleep in shared huts along the entire route. Mineral water, soft drinks, chocolates and beer are also sold at all the camps on this route. All your equipment and supplies are portered and a cook prepares all your meals.

This tour includes 1 day of Game Drives safari i the Lake Manyara National Park in a 4WD. Here you will see tree-climbing lions regularly climb into the acacia canopy, probably to run away the concentration of biting insects. Lake Manyara is also home to large herds of buffalos, wildebeests, zebras, giraffes, elephants and hippo pools. The national park attracts water birds such as herons, storks, kingfishers and the iconic fish eagle. The National park is home to Tanzania's birdlife with 400-plus species recorded, counting 50 birds of prey, raucous forest hornbills, pink-hued flamingos and flotillas of pelican.
Following the great safari in Lake Manyara you will during day 2 and 3 visit the magnificent Serengeti National Park. Serengeti National Park will give you the chance to experience the BIG 5 and other varieties of species and, of course, an endless and beautiful landscape.
During the last day 4 our driver and guide take you through the Ngorongoro Crater which is also known as the Garden of Eden due to its closely populated and untouched wildlife including lions, zebras, leopards, about 30 large elephants etc. In the crater you can also be sure to see the crater basin, a lake having hot water and its upper part covered by the volcano, plus a variety of wild animals and flamingo birds.

The 7-day Lemosho route is considered the most scenic trail on Kilimanjaro, granting panoramic vistas from various sides of the mountain. As one of the newer routes, Lemosho is a superb choice for your climb. It is our preferred route due to its ideal balance of low crowds, beautiful scenery and a high summit success rate.
The route approaches Mount Kilimanjaro from the west, beginning with a long drive from Moshi to Londorossi Gate. From there, the first two days are spent trekking through the rain forest to Shira Ridge. The Lemosho route crosses the entire Shira Plateau from west to east in a pleasant, relatively flat hike. Crowds are low until the route joins the Machame route near Lava Tower. Then the route traverses underneath Kilimanjaro's Southern Ice Field on a path known as the Southern Circuit before summiting from Barafu. Descent is made via the Mweka route.
We specialize in guiding on the Lemosho route and receive excellent reviews from climbers. Most of our clients climb Kilimanjaro using this route and they consistently report that they loved it. Thus, Lemosho is highly recommended!

Ngorongoro, on the other hand, is known for a dense concentration of wildlife in a relatively small area as well as its volcanic caldera.
Your journey starts with a pickup from Moshi on Day 1 of this guided tour. Head for Serengeti where you will enjoy a half-day game drive before moving on to Ngorongoro. Spend more than six hours exploring the bowl-shaped reserve before transferring to your hotel in Moshi.
