day 1Arusha - Lake Manyara National Park

After safari briefing we will leave at 08:30 hrs where you will be picked up from your hotel in Arusha town and drive on tarmac road 130 km to Lake Manyara National Park with packed lunch for game drives.
The Lake occupies a large area of the Manyara National Park but the forest starts just when you cross the park gate along the base of the Great Rift Valley and hot spring to the west of the park. The park is home to the tree climbing Lion, Buffalos, Giraffes, Hippos, troops of Baboons, also Flamingo birds, Ostriches, Egyptian Geese and many more.
After your picnic lunch we proceed with afternoon game drives, and then in the late afternoon drive to your for dinner and overnight at Jambo Campsite.
