Puerto Natales | Patagonia | Chile
My trip to Patagonia was one of the best that I have ever done. The landscapes and the people were something that I would never forget. El Calafate was absolutely beautiful, full of lakes and glaciers. Perito Moreno Glacier is unique and a must if you are travelling to Argentina. I also booked the full day tour to El Chalten, which is very nice but I would have preferred to stay for a few nights in the village to do some of the treks in the area but I did not have many days. I stayed at Hotel Mirador del Lago which has amazing views of Argentino lake. Torres del Paine National Park was equally amazing. Our guide Lucas was incredible and very knowledgeable. Hotel Altiplanico was so beautiful. 100% recommend this tour.

Immerse yourself in the Patagonian wilderness, on this six-day hiking trip in the Torres del Pain National Park of Chile. Coined one of the most beautiful and popular treks in the world, the W Trek traverses through rolling grasslands and mountainous peaks, alongside lakes, rivers and streams. You’ll stay at Refugios by night and walk the ever-changing landscape by day. Along the way, see jagged icebergs on Lake Grey, diverse flora and fauna (look out for Andean condors and grazing guanacos) and the famous Los Cuernos del Paine (The Horns of Blue) and Torres del Paine (Towers of Blue) distinctive to Patagonia. If you’re looking for a challenge, this multi-day trek is for you.
Okay so this Argentina & Chile Patagonia trip? Kind of insane — in the best way. It had everything: big city energy, glaciers, penguins, and so. much. wind.
Started in Buenos Aires which is super cool like, old buildings, crazy traffic, and the best empanadas I’ve ever had. We got to see a tango show (yes, I tried the steps... no, I did not crush it). Food was chef’s kiss honestly the breakfasts everywhere on this trip were solid too.
Then we flew to Ushuaia and it was like BAM totally different world. Cold, dramatic skies, water everywhere. The Beagle Channel boat ride was unreal. Penguins waddling around like they own the place. Also saw sea lions just chilling on rocks. Kinda surreal.
El Calafate was a dream. Perito Moreno Glacier?? Massive. I didn’t think I’d be that impressed by a chunk of ice, but it was majestic af. We did a boat trip and just stared in silence, it was that good. Also: hot chocolate in town = 10/10.
Last stop: Puerto Natales. Honestly such a vibe — super quiet and chill after all the running around. Torres del Paine was stunning but intense. Pack layers, because the weather switches up constantly.
Overall, this trip was packed but manageable. Flights, guides, everything was smooth. Would I go again? Maybe not the same route, but absolutely something similar. It was wild, beautiful, and way more emotional than I expected. Patagonia hits different.
This was a terrific group tour. Wonderful itinerary, with hikes that could be modified for various levels. Lots of very interesting sights. Included hotels were very good. Our guide, Pili, made sure everyone was well taken care of, from the sprinters to the turtles and that all were having a good time. Her depth of knowledge in so many areas was truly impressive (including geography, culture, history, ecology, flora and fauna). Her passion was infectious! The group included single travelers as well as couples, and people came from several different countries.
Jagged glaciers, snow-topped peaks, glittering turquoise lakes and lively beech forests make Patagonia one of the most dramatically beautiful landscapes in the world. This one explores the Chilean & Argentine sides of this region, where you'll be exploring spectacular national parks, sailing up close to glittering glaciers, spotting flamingos, hiking past blue lagoons and exploring options such as riding horses like a Gaucho and kayaking through crystal clear waters. You've never seen our planet look quite this beautiful.
It’s clear why the pristine and remote Torres del Paine National Park is Patagonia’s crown jewel. On this 11-day trekking trip, you’ll explore one of the most stunning wilderness areas in the world from the perspective of the Paine O Circuit. This trail highlights the best features of the park, hitting most of the sites of the famous W-Trek but on the longer road, less travelled. Circumnavigate the whole mountain massif as you take in dramatic granite towers, glacial lakes and electric blue icebergs. Witness the Southern Patagonian Ice Cap, climb the mighty Grey Glacier with trained experts, hike through grassland towards turquoise lakes, kayak through ice floes on Lake Grey and stay in comfortable backcountry huts (or Refugios) when you’re not camping under an untouched sky .
Experience this 13-day hiking trip to see the highlights of Patagonia. Who hasn’t heard of the world renowned Torres del Paine, Monte Fitz Roy or the Perito Moreno Glacier?
This guided hike will take you through the most beautiful national parks of the region. Along the way, you will get to explore natural miracles and the mountain world of Patagonia. Admire the famous Grey Glacier and take a boat ride to the deep blue shining Perito Moreno Glacier, and learn more about this impressive ice field of the southern hemisphere.
Besides adventure, this trek also offers the opportunity for you to soak up some of the cultural highlights of the region, including a chance to enjoy tasty Chilean and Argentinian cuisines and wines.
