I had an amazing time on the Absolutely Spain tour with Eskapas! As a vegetarian, I was a bit worried about finding meal options, but it turned out to be no issue at all. The tour was well-planned and included a variety of dining choices that catered to different dietary needs. Eskapas did a fantastic job making sure everyone was comfortable. And as for Spain itself, I was blown away—especially by Granada! I didn’t expect it to be such an impressive city, but its history and beauty were truly captivating. Our tour guide and bus drivers have been excellent and very helpful to us . They help us with our luggages and our bus is clean and comfortable.. I see how hard our tour guide works to give us the best experience and made sure we have the best vacation . On my trip that started in Innsbruck, i want to mention specifically Julio for his persistence and patience on us . He made us feel like his family and i love how he gave his best to provide us the information we needed . Though there was a problem in our cruise by the Rhine River, we were almost late and only 3 mins before the boat left . Thanks to Julio for running his way to get us a ticket and made that trip possible .. We see his hard work on how not to miss all our planned tour for the day, and this isnt easy to handle as there other passengers that were leaving for other destination as well . I have to repeat all of our tour guide have been very good but I get to see extra from Julio as he was very attentive to us and our needs . I give 5 stars to everyone working very making our vacation as memorable and as happy Julio thank you soo much for everything You are the best

Montsie wasnt great at giving us information about the optional extras so no one got to attend the flamenco dinner and show in Madrid.
While she was always nice and friendly to me and my companion, at times she was rude to the other travellers. It would help if the guides could have copies of the city maps with them and mark the routes back to the hotel. We had to wait for the guides to get the maps from the information centres and then figure out how to get back to the hotel. some stops we could have missed and others we could have spent more time. Example, more time in Malaga and skip Marbella. When Maria joined us, we finally got information about the optional extras, but couldnt take advantage because there had to be a minimum of 15 people. You were lucky we decided to go with your tour because the details are very lacking until you confirm the trip. Also you send emails in Spanish only which is not good for people like me who only speak and read English. Maria was fantastic as a guide and a great asset to your company. She was training Ana and did a fantastic job. Ana has great potential to become another great asset to your company.
I purchased a circuit starting in Milan and paperwork reveived from travel agent described a city tour in milan for me

It turns out that europamundo changed itinerary and decided to do the city tour the day before, so besides us have missed the city we wanted to see the most, we were sitting in the hotel since 11am waiting for our tour to start next morning, but they never contacted us, we would like to be aware that the tour was taking place a day earlier and participated as well, since he had PAID for that city tour and was already in the city. Europamundo never apologized or REFUNDED us for that. The tool my trip on website is a joke We purchased a flamenco show and the tour guide had no idea when or where it was gonna happen, we didint get to go watch it and still dont know if we have received a refund for the show they sold us and wouldnt take us to. The itinerary was put together nicely, but europamundo messed up our vacation in many different ways. This was the second reip Ipirchases from you and now I can say I am Disappointed
