Tortuguero National Park Tours in September 2027

Out trip to Tortuguero National Park was something I will never forget. G Adventues is my favorite company to travel with and I cannot wait to book another vacation with them. The professionals they employ make the tours unforgettable. I cannot say enough good things about G Adventues:)

We wanted to experience the biodiversity that Costa Rica offers and this trip exceeded our expectations. Edgar "Mane" Badilla was an outstanding CEO and it was apparent that he loves his job and the culture and biodiversity of his country and he enjoys sharing that knowledge. Our group of 15 represented 4 different countries yet we bonded almost instantly and enjoyed our shared experiences.

An amazing adventure holiday that the whole family loved. It was a perfect balance of wildlife adventure and opportunity for my 9 year old to play at the hotel pools and beaches. she enjoyed the wildlife adventure part just as much as the pools and beach. I thought we managed to get so many things into two weeks including a few of the options. We all thoroughly enjoyed the adventure and would recommend it to anyone interested in nature.

If you have thought about visiting Costa Rica, then don’t put it off. We visited this delightful country in September, not apparently in the Wet Season, but in the Wetter Season! However, don’t be put off by that. When it rained (mainly in the afternoons) it did rain heavily and it came at a time for a welcome rest. But despite that we did achieve a tremendous amount, and it is worth noting that some things can only be seen at this time - eg turtles laying eggs in Tortuguero, and whales playing in the Pacific Ocean. Key to the success of our trip was Glenda, our outstanding guide (and a “good witch!”): she knew exactly where to go to see the sloth and baby feeding in the trees, where the ellusive quetzal could be found, how to hunt down the red-eyed tree frog at night; she was also an expert on the country‘s biodiversity guiding us through Rain Forest and Cloud Forest, identifying all the trees, ferns and plants; in addition, she was always on hand to save cameras dropped into lagoons, and advising how to order the best well-balanced meals in the Hotels, Lodges and Restaurants. Costa Rica was unforgettable in so many ways, and I for one was so glad to have chosen this Exodus Trip .

I loved this trip! The itinerary was excellent - we saw so much and varied wildlife - dolphins, whales, a tapir, howler monkeys, quetzal, scarlet macaws, sloths, turtles and so on! Lots of variety and included some more remote places. Cahuita was great, and Torteguero, and Drakes Bay were particular highlights. Savegre was a lovely cooler spot for a couple of days, really loved Corcovado and the snorkelling. Accommodation and food was of a really good standard overall. La Marta needed more time spent there - the short walk didn't really do it justice. I had maybe expected some longer walks generally on some of the days activities, however we were able to do some additional walking on our free days / time. We had a group of ten which was a nice number, and a really great bunch of people!

A couple of minor inconveniences only. Transportation was very good, as were the hotels and excursions. We have already recommended Costa Rica and your company to many people, including friends and people we met while on vacation. We will definitely use your company again!
