Tokyo Museum and gallery visits Trips

Enjoyed the itinerary of this trip as it brought us to so many different cities with each of their own unique customs and lifestyles. Would recommend this itinerary but they would need to be able to walk a lot.

This Trip was fantastic! The only thing that would of been nice was to spend more time at MT Fugi such a long way and short time there. Otherwise it was the best and AKO the tour guide was outstanding!!! 10 stars seriously the best ever!

Wonderful tour leader, and everyone on the tour got on well. The knowledge of the tour leader was outstanding. She was also very helpful to anyone who had a question or needed assistance.

Excellent itinerary !!!! The tour took us to so many interesting places…Mount Fuji and Hiroshima were the highlights for us. We also visited some beautiful shrines and temples and interesting markets. The “be my guest” lunches and dinner experiences were fantastic. We opted to join in the “optional experiences” (tea experience in Kyoto, and Japanese Garden experience in Hiroshima) and were very happy we did as they gave an added extra feeling for Japanese culture. There is plenty of free time in the evenings to go out and do some shopping. We had an amazing guide (Akiko) who went out of her way to make our experience in Japan the best we have ever done with Trafalgar. The hotels were very nice and centrally located , close to shopping , markets, resultants and subway stations. Overall, a fantastic tour !!!!

This was an excellent tour. Our tour guide, AKO, was organised, attentive and lively. She was accommodating to everyone on the tour, providing restaurant recommendations to travellers with Coeliac disease and organising small trips for travellers who had particular sites that they wanted to visit that were not part of the tour. She was the best tour guide that we have ever had!

My family and I really enjoyed our trip to Japan. We were able to visit Japan's biggest cities thanks to this tour in a short time. This trip was special since we were celebrating a few milestones. However, we would have liked to spend 1 or 2 extra days in Tokyo to explore other prefectures. We especially appreciated all activities, such as the drumming lessons, the okonomiyaki cooking class and the Momiji Manju cake making. We highly liked our day in Nara when we visited a pottery shop (where we were able to interact with artisans) , ate a homemade traditional Japanese lunch and visited a tea plantation. We strongly recommend this tour.
