Amsterdam 14-Day Tours and Trips

Many highlights every day. A taste of Europe.Days are long often starting 7am on bus, ending after 8 pm. Tiring but worth it for a 70 yr old. Very, very well organized and timed.. Highly recommend.

We had a good time.If you are elderly,take some hyper comfortable shoes for a lot of walking.Good mobility is important.The tour is fast -paced,but there are breaks and some things-optional trips- you may want to skip.

Gustavo was incredible. His knowledge on each country and his experiences were obvious as he guided us through. Honestly such a legend and deserves a massive thank you and appreciation.

This was the best way for someone who has never traveled to Europe before to experience the beauty and wonders to be found on this continent. Having everything planned out and taken care of for you made everything so easy and stress free! You just show up and enjoy everything there is to offer. Our tour leader, Steve, was in a word, magnificent! Extremely knowledgeable about the histories and cultures of all the places we visited as well as patient, kind and very helpful! Our coach driver, Ivo, did an amazing job navigating us all across Europe. That guy can really drive!! He did an excellent job and got us everywhere we needed to go quickly and safely. He was always very pleasant and greeted you with a smile and asked how your day was going. The itinerary, while extremely packed and sometimes exhausting, it was amazing to be able to fit in as much as we did on this trip! It felt like we managed to do as much as you would do in a whole month in a matter of 14 days. The hotels were all nice, especially the Alpenrose in Switzerland. That hotel was so charming and gorgeous and you could not beat the views of the Swiss Alps just outside your window. The optional excursions were all really fun and engaging and added an immense amount of value to the tour. We went on just about every optional that was offered on this tour and we loved them all! Especially Jungfraujoch, which was an absolutely amazing once in a lifetime experience. We will definitely recommend Expat to others and will definitely be using them again sometime in the future.

This was an amazing (very fast paced tour) that was enhanced by our amazing tour guide, Jamie, and bus driver, Sebastiano. The trip is quick, lot of walking, but truly the trip of a lifetime. Was perfect to determine which places I would like to revisit and places I do not really need to go back.

This tour combined a very well thought-out itinerary overall with much appreciated free days in several key cities along the way. The included city guides were excellent as were the included tour dinner venues. All of them. The included River/Canal cruises were great too! I participated in several ""optional activities"" and all were very high quality and worthwhile, particularly the Jungfraujoch in Switzerland. But even a great itinerary can leave participants unsatisfied without great leadership. I'd like to give SUPER-HIGH MARKS to SHAE HARRINGTON, our tour guide, as she kept the tour (morning bus departures, city visits, side visits, hotel arrivals, evening activities, etc.) on-schedule and Shae was always available to answer questions or lend help, all with a great sense of humour and a smile. I give the EJ tour high marks equally for the great itinerary and the great execution by Shae.
