The tour was fantastic. It went to all of the Canadian sites (except Dieppe). We were at several Aussie sites, and a few American sites as well Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. Our driver was amazing. How she managed to navigate down some of the narrow streets, I’ll never know. I would recommend this tour for people interested in WWI and II. This was the only tour that I could find that covered both wars and in the summer months. My only two suggestions would be buy any souvenirs for Beaumont-Hamel at Vimy (I’d wish I’d known). Secondly, when visiting Notre-Dame, you must be covered (no bare shoulders or short shorts). People did not find out until they were in line and had not been warned.

Everything was fantastic. Well planned. The planned food stops other than breakfasts were not always good quality. The rest of the tour made up for that. The location of the hotel in Paris was very far from the sites so when I stayed an extra day it was hard to navigate. Very knowledgable guide. He knew when to start and stop talking. He also had great service skills remembering details about the guests that made it easier for their experience. Our drivers were excellent. The guide in London was knowledgable as well but could not help himself from bashing Trump. Not professional.

We planned this trip for 2 years to save plus added additional days at the beginning and the end to see more of London and Paris . Our son graduated from high school this summer and this was his dream to see Vimy Ridge and to follow his great great grandfather’s footsteps as two served in World War 1 and his great grandfather in World War Two. Plus to go as a family time together. our host was amazing and the bus driver was outstanding and accommodating. The group of 39 were friendly and we all had lots of fun we all got along great.

Some of the hotels did not have adequate air conditioning other than that driver was excellent and was extremely knowledgeable about the WW1 and WW2 and went out of his way to accommodate everyone.

The Eleven day tour of WW1 and WW2 sights was incredible Every day was packed with sights. The tour guide was very informative and made sure everyone was included. He also kept us informed if there was anything might be a problem If it was possible he would also add something extra

A very good tour of many WW1 and WW2 Historical locations and some other past events. Excellently led by the Tour Director and Coach Driver . With a lot of Tour guides inserted in for special walking tours and locations using Vox earphones. Surprisingly all emotions came with the places we visit across London , Belgium ,Normandy, Ypres and Paris . The Coach was airconditioned and comfortable. Be prepared for loads of walking and stairs , European summers are hot, and lighten your luggage load. You will need to be serious about that. There are shops selling toiletries .Buy them when you get to the City. A good office backpack is handy. You don't need to have fashionable wardrobe but have neat attire for a few select nights. No one cares about your clothes choices. Use google wallet for boarding passes and debit cards and Google drive for documents, Google maps for following locations . Have about 200 Euro cash for tour guide gratuities and taxi tips. Swipe card works everywhere otherwise. I Didn't have any trouble or see , scammers. Learn some very basic language helps.
