Through this tour, I managed to make lots of a new friends with people all around the world and had fun exploring different European cities. The bus ride was clean and comfortable with responsible driver.
We did the Prague and Germany tour, and it was a great experience. We had Matheus Vegele as our guide and he was quite entertaining. He managed to make history actually interesting, but more importantly he added the context to the places and buildings that we were looking at -- which made it that much more pleasant. We ended our trip at the Don Giovanni hotel, which was a great way to end the trip by far my favorite hotel
I liked the windmills in Holland. And our tour guide Matheus was really fun. And at the last hotel, Don Giovanni, I got to play a lot at the kids camp with the helpers Karolina and Dominika.
Where do I start? The optional stuff? 10/10 - so many recommendations from our amazing trip leader that it felt so easy to make a decision on where to go. The vibes? 10/10 - amazing people, amazing crew, great way to make friends, excellent way to feel safe when seeing Europe for the first time and best possible way to get around. Loved that at any point during the trip, you could always strike up a conversation with anyone including TopDeck Crew. The sights? 100/10 - Europe is absolutely beautiful in Winter, and even better when you can share a mulled wine with good company. The length 5/10 - Just enough time to have the time of your life, make life long friends and start planning your next trip!
I had the best volendam and edam and the windmills tour thanks to the very informative guide. I got to learn about the Netherlands to much in one day. Amazing tour on a luxury tour bus. Highly recommend.
Positives: Our guide Dioni was amazing She was very friendly and provided us great information, she even went out of her way to take us to the famous perfume store in Cologne. She made the trip such a positive experience. I really enjoyed the cruises organised for us and was happy that we were given a local guide in each city. I enjoyed the tours around the cities, and also loved attending the concert in Vienna optional activity, and the cheese factory in Amsterdam. Overall I really enjoyed the trip and felt it was a great way to travel around Europe and see the major sites in the cities we visited. The bus was very comfortable. Negatives: Our other guide Monsie was quite cold and disengaged. I believe she told a fellow passenger to go away when they asked her a question. Monsie also left a passenger behind on a day trip as he was not at the bus on time. She did not tell us there was wifi on the bus. However, she did provide good information. I was disappointed that not all the optional activities listed on the website were available. I also felt that the quality of the hotels differed a lot. Some were really nice and others were small airport hotels far away from the main city. I wish we could have had longer in each city, it was quite rushed.
