I have shared with friends how wonderful this trip was. I hope all your guides and drivers are as experienced and knowledgeable as and . They make a great team as they are organized, hard working and friendly. We fell in love with New Zealand!

An excellent tour from start to finish. The meet and greet set the tone with Isobel the first evening. Well organised with very good communication. Travelled in an extremely comfortable bus. Bus driver Peter and tour guide Isobel first class and couldn’t do enough to make this a very enjoyable trip in meeting everyone’s needs and ensuring all the sights of the South Island were covered. Would highly recommend this tour.

We had a great time on our recent trip to New Zealand. The tour leader and bus driver are a credit to this company as they were so organised and got us all to our destinations on time every day. They also kept us interested with their knowledge of each areas and the tour director kept us informed about the extra activities we could do and what was happening each day. Totally recommend AAT Kings!

Lots of early morning starts. Did not realize that the excursions were so costly and was only revealed after trip booked and paid for. Meals were Buffet style at Hotels and quite adequate. Hotels were comfortable and clean . Bus was kept spotless and driver was knowledgeable Seats were not that comfortable as not very wide and the seatbelt dug into your hip when fastened. Would have like some music to be played rather than constant talk from driver and guide . Guide went out of his way to help people and was super efficeient . Also very knowledgeable but taked too much. People were nice although had 50 people on this tour. Both Guide and Driver worked hard to make this trip enjoyable and I commend them on the hard work they put into this.

In New Zealand breakfasts were same daily. Milliennium hotel ( fireplace in dining area) was their only heating source and we were sooooo cold. How many can sit close to the fireplace? I spoke firmly with the head person in the dining to please turn up the heat! People were eating breakfast in their coats! Next day we had a warm dining area! A customer had to speak up on this!? Really! Also the maid daily ignored poop in the toilet that stuck to the toilet. I had to call to have someone clean up the toilet! I told the young man to be sure and tell y the maid to do her job or I would call again and he could come back and do her job.

Honestly best experience of my life so far!! I love that i really didn’t have to worry about anything at all and if anything came up my trip manager responded to me so quickly. I made so many friends and those people became like my family! Devo that it’s over and wish i could go back right now
