We enjoyed it very much and the options were great. Our guide gave us great service, was very approachable and filled us with local knowledge. As there was only 14 of us and the mix was good l guess we were spoiled

Had the most amazing time on the Sweet as South trip. Saw so many naturally beautiful scenes and visited some great cities too. Our trip manager was super knowledgeable about the places we visited and incorporated Māori stories into the information she gave us. I wish we could’ve spent more time or a night at Lake Tekapo to really experience the stargazing there. Overall I had a great time for my first overseas travel experience and first Contiki and will definitely be booking another one soon!

This trip was such an incredible taste of the North Island in NZ. If you are thinking of doing your first Contiki or have reservations, I would highly suggest this short trip to get a good taste of everything that is involved ! (Tour Manager) and (Driver) were incredible and I felt so welcomed the minute I met both. Please note this is a Modular trip so we started the trip with people doing the full 21 days and then were joined by another group 3 days in. There is a lot of different people coming and going but hey that just adds to the experience. Breakfast was included every morning for Sun and Steam as well as some dinners and some amazing different included experiences. There is ALOT off amazing additional add ons that I had already pre planned/ put money away for, however please keep this in mind when doing this trip. There were many fellow Aussie's on this trip however there was still people from around the world and it was such a great introduction into the Contiki Family !! Overall the scenery and the vibes great and I would do this again in a heartbeat ! PS. Please pack a GOOOOOD raincoat and some warm layers, the weather can change in an instance !

I did the Contiki Sweet As South tour and it was honestly the trip of a lifetime! My absolute highlights were bungy jumping (such an adrenaline rush!), skiing in the most beautiful mountains, and hiking on a glacier (truly a surreal experience) The group was amazing, we partied every night, and I made so many new friends. (Mostly Australians since the tour seemed to be 90% Aussies). Definitely recommend!

This trip was one of the best things I've ever done! I got to see and experience so many cool things from the gorgeous scenery to unique wildlife and the incredible maori culture. I git fo step out of my comfort zone and met some of the most wonderful people, (special shout out to our trip manager and driver for being such incredible guides!) At no point was I bored or ready for it to be over. My only regret was not booking one of the longer tours!

Absolutely awesome trip. I was initially reluctant to book a Contiki, wanting to travel by myself. I don't regret it for a second! Trip manager Ashley and bus driver Stretch were fantastic, and the rest of the group added significantly to my experience. Thanks Contiki!
