New Zealand 20-Day Tours and Trips

Ultimate New Zealand was the best 3 weeks of my life! Brit & Chris were incredible. The add on activities were so much fun and reasonably priced. I’ve made friends for life and I can’t wait to book my next contiki!

The trip was an unending variety of activities and experiences; physically tiring but without the stresses sometimes felt in non English speaking countries.  It was a superb trip but 3 weeks is barely enough time and I have returned home with a list of things/places to return and visit again or anew.

The tour was absolutely awesome! Gavin, our tour guide was exceptional! Made the trip interesting and he was very knowledgeable and took care of his clients. Most awesome part was stepping out of plane in New Zealand and seeing how beautiful it was.

It was a wonderful tour of Australia and New Zealand. All three logistics were perfect from the internal plane flights in Australia, the great hotels in both locations, the buses and excursions. Tour guide Gavin was very knowledgeable and I enjoyed his walk abouts in Sydney, Cannes and Melbourne, banter and informative stories. It was very interesting to hear from indigenous elders about their history. Having group dinners when we got to a new city were much appreciated and the food at all of them were outstanding Enjoyed all our excursions but much to my surprise the camel walk to see sunrise at Uluru was my favorite. Loved seeing the animals that have been rescued in wildlife parks. Petting kangaroos and holding a koala was fun. And learning more about the indigenous on our waka waka boat ride on Avon Lake was interesting too. The sunset at Mt. Cook was amazing as was the clear viewing of Mt. Cook itself.. Would definitely recommend Collette and this tour.

It would be helpful to know that a degree of agility is need on the catamaran and stamina needed for walk at Abel Tasman park. However it was a wonderful experience

A fabulous introduction to New Zealand. A very varied trip including trekking, sightseeing and cruising. Fairly full on, but it had to be to cover the ground and see everything. Runty Jackson, our tour leader, was brilliant going the extra mile to ensure we had a fab time. He was also very caring when I took a tumble. Thanks Runty. Accommodation was generally fine but nothing fancy, except for the Bealey Quarter in Christchurch which was very cramped. The minibus was OK, but leg room was an issue. All the logistics worked perfectly. We were expected wherever we went. Overall, we had an amazing holiday, loved New Zealand and will use Explore again.
