The Intro Epic Indonesia 19-day tour completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment we landed, everything was incredibly well-organised. The tour struck the perfect balance between adventure, culture, and relaxation. We explored stunning places like Bali, the Gili Islands, Lombok, and Kuta plus more—each spot offered something unique. Snorkeling with turtles, hiking volcanos, chasing waterfalls, and watching sunrises from breathtaking viewpoints were just some of the unforgettable highlights. What made this trip even more special was the group dynamic and our amazing group leader Zio, who was supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely fun and caring. I cannot put into words how genuinely helpful Zio was. He went above and beyond to ensure we were all happy, safe and comfortable at all times. It felt like traveling with friends from day one. Accommodation was better than expected—clean, comfortable, and always in great locations. The included activities and local experiences gave us a real insight into Indonesian culture and daily life. If you're looking for a once-in-a-lifetime trip that combines adventure, culture, and new friendships, this is it. I came home with amazing memories, a full camera roll, and a new travel family. I Highly recommend it to anyone considering group travel in Indonesia.

I’m just after finishing my first tour with Intro- Bali 15 days. It was my first solo trip and I was absolutely terrified before going. I landed in Bali a day early and very late.. but that’s when I first met Zio! He met me and another girl at almost midnight, greeted us and got us checked in. And it only went up from there. It was the most incredible experience. I only wish I could experience it again for the first time. Everything was planned perfectly, so much so that you need not worry about anything and just enjoy yourself. Down to transport, accommodation, activities and food, it’s all planned very well. Saying that, I don’t think I would have enjoyed myself if it weren’t for our tour leader Zio. He’s the most outgoing, crazy, fun, loving and generous guide you’ll meet. Excellent communicator, got along with everyone and always kept things running smoothly (even though we drove him mad sometimes). Cant recommend Intro travel enough.

Just did the 12 day Bali intro with Annie as my group leader, I had such an amazing time and she looked after us all really well. I’d recommend this trip.

I was on the Bali Intro 15 days Trip and it was amazing. It was my First Solo Travel experience and the group and my Tour Guide Zio made it to one of the best experiences i did in my life so far. My group was fantastic and we are Like a Big Family After the Trip. Thank You for this Amazing time and my next Trip with Intro Travel Starts definitly soon !!

Excellent experience (12 day Bali Intro Tour) - every activity was great, from surfing to waterfalls to experiencing local culture to partying with the group and beyond. What made it even better were the 13 people I got to experience it with - I hope to see them again someday. Special shoutout to our leaders Ilham & Andri whose support, but more importantly fun and friendship, were appreciated throughout.

I have just completed the 12 day intro travel tour of Bali, I have had the best experience, my tour guide Ippy is the most energetic and one of the funniest people I have ever met. Even on an early morning he always brought the energy and lifted the mood of the group. His knowledge of the island and places to eat was also incredibly helpful allowing us to gain a much deeper knowledge and have the best food possible to us. I would recommend to anyone of any age, it was an amazing experience
