Langtang Valley Trek

This trekking is amazing. The only thing really bad is the road from Kathmandu to Syaprubensi, the starting point... 8 painful hours to drive 134 km. Prepare yourself for the road... its even worst that I can tell. You will see different views... the first day maybe is the hardest one, always going up and down in the middle of the forest... but once in the kanjing ri point (4800 meters more or less) you will see that it worths the effort. Some tea houses are very basic but you will be provided with the necessary to assure your personal hygiene... even if they dont have hot shower you can always ask for a bucket of hot water and wash yourself every day. I suggest you to take with you an disinfectant spray for the tea houses bed clothes; some of them have bugs that can go inside your sleeping bag. Maybe the most difficult thing is the toilet, if that is important to you... normally a latrine not so clean as you may expect, but remember that you are in an adventure so try to see it this way. You will cross lots of porters in your way.. remember to give them priority in the way... they hard work deserves our respect and recognition... they are persons like we are. And just one more suggestion: please be careful with the trash... I saw some empty cookies packets, empty bottles of water, cigarettes packets, sweets packets on the way (even sanitary pads)... so keep the trash with you until you find a bin... if we go there its because the nature is important to us so its our duty to protect it. I wish you a good and safe trekking and really hope that you will be so happy as I was over there.

Bucket List Destination

Wow Wow Wow - What an amazing trip I have just returned from. We were in a group of 14 and what a fabulous group it was. If you were travelling on your own you were never on your own, unless you wanted to, we all looked after each other. We had a fantastic CEO Khader, he was extremely knowledgeable and passionately loved Jordan and wanted to show us his country. From the moment we landed to the time were left the airport we found everybody friendly and courteous and felt extremely safe. If you are thinking about this trip do it ! I cannot explain what it was like running through the canyon and once through seeing The Treasury at Petra was just amazing. Wadi Rum was equally as impressive and star gazing at night was again fantastic. Floating in the dead sea and snorkelling in the Red Sea was again a highlight. I can see why this trip is called "Highlights of Jordan" we really did see the highlights and would go back to Jordan.

This is the second time we've done this trip, and we'd do it again as it's perfect for a bit of "down time" after a more arduous holiday elsewhere in Asia. We think this is a jewel in Explore's portfolio - it is exceptional value for money, and in our view the very best way to see the Maldives.

Superb!

The travel specialist has been very patient with all my queries and gave me a reliable assurance that all be well. He arranged everything perfectly making me feel safe and confident in the trip. Another guy named, Colins is also wonderful tour guide. Going out with him for my tour feels like he's been my long time friend. Very comfortable to talk to and he takes good pictures too. And the hotel room is warm and it's been a long time not sleeping well due to work. But at the hotel, I have rested perfectly. The buffet breakfast at hotel is so yummy too.  Overall, my trip was very memorable . Definitely, will come back to Bhutan through this tour company.

Hassle-free family trip

We wanted to take our kids on holiday to Bali this year (first time) but we had very little time to do research on things to do and make a planning for day-to-day activities and good family accommodation. This tour operator really came through for us. The people were so kind and helpful, coming up with ideas for family activities and quality family resorts with kids activities and kids clubs. Our children couldn't be happier and neither could we. For a hassle-free family holiday, I can definitely recommend booking your stay with this agency.

Magical Jordan

Go to Jordan- many people expressed concerns when I mentioned my up coming trip, I can confirm my experience was full of warm friendly welcoming people and at no time did it feel unsafe. The Wai Rum was stunning and gave me a sense on peace that I have not found else where. The trek was well planned and at time's informative with our guide providing useful information and a tale or too. My companions were diverse from all backgrounds and experiences, and wonderful company as we explored the desert. Walking on sand at times was challenging and the firm patches were welcomed when they returned. The distances quoted on the itenery were short on some days that might catch a few people out if 20-23k is no your idea of fun. I really enjoyed the scramble to the rock bridge but I don't think the trip note's captured the heights involved which will catch out the average walker.
