We enjoyed this trip very much, especially the excellent use of the fantastic Japanese public transport system throughout the holiday. The accommodation was perfect, in locations close to railway stations. A minor shortcoming was that the group really didn’t have a chance to get together in the evening in a lounge or bar at the hotels. It would appear they don’t feature in Japanese hotels generally.

Comprehensive introduction to Bali, Flores and Komodo National Park. Some days with long drives of 5-6 hours on steep snd winding roads, on other days we had free afternoons/evenings. We missed a couple of highlights due to bad weather, but overall the itinerary offered up a good mix of culture, scenery, engagement with local people, and encounters with wildlife Accommodations ranged from luxurious ( Jimbaran Beach) to cramped (boat) although the facilities on board exceeded my expectations. Five stars to our tour leader, Hadi, who kept the logistics on track with patience, humour, and always with a smile on his face.

For a new trip, we were really impressed. Excellent organisation and adaptability. A few tweaks from Exodus regarding the itinerary and hotels can make this a best seller. We were only a small group (3 single travellers and us - a mother and daughter), and we had a fantastic time!

Flores was an absolute delight. Amazing revelations & magnificent scenery. Deep gorges & high mountains all forested. The people are so open & friendly. The dragons are amazing both on Rinca & Komodo Islands. Plus A bucket list tick, to swim with the manta rays. A special thank you to the guy who took us on the small boat to swim with them. He took such good care to make sure we were all safe & had a great experience

Thoroughly enjoyable trip which provided a great insight of modern Vietnam and its history and a good starting perspective on Angkor Wat and the Temples and history around the complex. Interesting and knowledgable local guides provided a helpful backdrop and the trips and experiences were many and varied. If there was an opportunity I would have scored 4.5 stars as there are always tweaks that can be made but we have come away happy to travel with Trafalgar again .

The trip was a memorable experience led by a fantastic guide . We covered a huge area and at times the walking uphill was quite challenging however the views were well worth the effort. Our guide was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and patient and local guides were also great. Our group was mixed ages and nationalities but we all gelled together with a common interest in the country.
