The organisation of our tour by Mandy Zhu was perfect. We were looked after throughout every section of the tour, met at destinations by very knowledgeable and friendly guides, who all spoke very good English, and driven in comfort by competent drivers. The whole team made us feel we were in good hands, and helped us learn and understand the history of the many places we visited. I would highly recommend Heziqing to anyone planning a customised tour through China. They were flexible to our requirements, and gave us good advice throughout.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of Vietnam. The Luxury Gold itinerary took us to all the major sites and provided us with many personal experiences with the locals. This made the trip very memorable.

I like free and easy trips. But for some local detailed arrangements related to itinerary/activities in various countries, it can be rather challenging. My trip to Yangtze River cruise and travel between Chongqing and Yichang involved details that I am not familiar. Olivia helped me to do the booking, train ticketing, route planning etc. The trip was smooth going without any hiccups. I recently completed the Epic Asia tour in March 2025 finishing in Cambodia. The group were so lovely and a mix of solo travellers, couples and friends. The tour itinerary was a perfect mix of cultural excursions and island hopping. My tour leader Jabs was so lovely and welcoming. His knowledge of Cambodia and South East Asia in general was amazing and meant he could answer all my questions. I would highly recommend Intro Travel to anyone, and specifically solo female travellers who are looking to travel stress free and make life long friends.

I have just finished the Epic Asia and therefore the 10 day Cambodia tour with intro and would highly recommend. The tour was a mix of cities and beaches and i love both! Koh Rong was definitely my fave destination because of the stunning beaches and the snorkel boat trip. Also, such a yummy bbq on the second evening. My tour leader was Jabs and he was the most fun and always made sure the tour was running smoothly. Thank you for the best trip Jabs!!!
