Our tour guide Ken S was amazing—always on time, very organized, and full of great recommendations. He made sure to remind us of the dos and don'ts, which was really helpful ?. Masaku was also a wonderful assistant. She was very helpful with translating Japanese to English and always made sure no one was left behind or got lost. Our driver, Narui-san, was very polite and consistently on time. His warm smiles and friendly waves made the experience even better ?. The three of them were a perfect combination! Jamie Seymour is the greatest tour leader. knowledgeable, experienced, caring and extremely good knowledge about Japanese culture, customs, tradition and an excellent host. I will rate him 11 out of 10. I think Expat is very lucky to have a host like him. The driver and assist were also great

The tour was very good and took us to most of the places we wanted to see. The trip was made by the extremely hard working team, the tour leader Jamie, the Japanese assistant Kanako and the coach driver who all did an amazing job. Jamie was very knowledgeable and kept us all well informed at every stage. He knew so much about Japan it made the trip really interesting. However Kanako worked her socks off behind the scenes to keep the tour running smoothly. Where they needed to the team made adjustments and were clearly very experienced. This trip was all we were hoping for and more.

I had the most amazing trip on the Bangkok to Singapore adventure. Our tour guide was great, the accommodations were amazing (floating bungalows were my favorite), and the schedule was perfect. This trip would be good for anybody who is traveling for the first time or 100th time (this was my first time traveling solo and my first time visiting Asia). Most of the people on the trip booked a few extra nights in Singapore so the trip felt a little longer than it officially was. The pacing is perfect (it is go-go-go, but in a perfect way) and most of us slept on the transit. I definitely recommend the add on activity for the sunset cruise in Krabi, the entire group went on it and it was one of the top moments for me and many others on the trip. This was my first Contiki, I had booked with a different tour group in the past but definitely prefer Contiki as it was very organized and we knew what to expect but also extremely fun. There was a great mix of included activities and free time. I definitely feel like I got really good bang for my buck too. I’m already itching for my next trip.

Itinerary was great and this was the main reason we chose this trip and Sri Lanka has fantastic sites and culture to experience - unfortunately we counted on having an appropriate guide and tour director who could assist with making the most of the experience - unfortunately our guide was not fluent in English, could not answer questions or explain the sites, culture and history in any meaningful way and we were forced to communicate critical aspects of the itinerary with him on whatsap, initiated by us not the tour director - the worst tour director I have had in nearly 45 years of travel and over 50 tours

I have just returned from the 17-day Japan tour, and I have to say, it was one of the best trips I’ve ever been on! Our group leader, Lachie, was absolutely incredible. From the very beginning, you could feel his passion and deep knowledge of Japan. He helped me fall in love with the country in ways I never imagined. Lachie was calm, attentive, and downright amazing. His guidance made this experience unforgettable, and I truly believe this trip wouldn;t have been the same without him. A huge thank you to Intro for providing such an incredible experience. Japan is now officially my number one favorite country
