We saw a lot of animals in the wild and the coastal and other scenery was beautiful. Our hotel accommodation was also really good.

The schedule was too intense with very little time to explore undependably. Tour operators were very accommodating and shared the history of their country with pride, The fact that Collette doesn't include tips in their prices was a pain: I had Rands that we were told are accepted in both S. Africa and Namibia. We were not told that there is a Namibia dollar that is not accepted anywhere, so we ended up with currency that was worthless (by getting change while in Namibia). Memorable experience was being visited by a monkey while at lunch in a park. One of our members of the group is a Monkey Veterinary, and she handled him nicely.

Excellent trip, enjoyed the people, places, the little things make a big difference on these trips, you guys did that very well, for instance, having someone collect me at the hotel on the day to go to cape town airport, and having somebody meet me at the airport to take me to the check in desk. also the standard of the hotels were top notch, the food offering was generally very good. I thought the trip was great value for the money . The bus driver was a lovely man, and the tour guide had a lot of information and did his best to manage his audience. The extra tours not included were good value.

From incredible wildlife sightings to the majestic scenery of the Panorama route, Essential Kruger delivered magic at every turn. The tour leader was outstanding, the pacing was spot on, and I felt completely immersed in all the experiences from start to finish. An unforgettable safari tour with a few dashes of sightseeing. I’d recommend in a heartbeat.
