Malaysia Tours and Trips for Seniors

The highlights for me were seeing orangutans (including babies!) in the wild, plus the rare pygmy elephants, alongside so much other incredible wildlife. Our local leader and guides were outstanding – not only were they brilliant at spotting animals I never would have seen on my own, but they also shared fascinating insights into Borneo’s wildlife and culture, which really enriched the whole experience. I loved the variety of activities too – from hiking through the rainforest to snorkelling in crystal-clear waters, spotting wildlife on boat trips, exploring charming towns, and relaxing on pristine white beaches. It truly offered a little bit of everything. This trip was magical from start to finish, and the orangutans in particular were such a special sight. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for adventure, wildlife, and unforgettable memories.

Malaysia is such a rich country with so much to offer from nature to history. The main reason I loved this trip was because it felt like it gave me a full experience of this beautiful country. From seeing Proboscis Monkeys in the wild to the beautiful sites like Georgetown, this trip had it all.

Great trip! We saw so many animals and plants. Great food and awesome guides. The rain was a bit of a factor and as such we missed some activities. Suggestion is to think about plan B when rain happens, eg a talk about the behaviour of the animals or plants or a cooking class.

The experiences were incredible with the wildlife seen and the journey that was taken with people one has never met. We went in as strangers and came out as friends. The guide makes or breaks this type of trip. Our guide made it for us the best it could be.

Borneo / Malaysia was fabulous. Saw so much wildlife and the people are so friendly, helpful and courteous. I will definitely be back some day to explore further and this tour was a great introduction to a new part of the world for me.

The holiday was the best. I actually was impressed that there really was no , out of pocket expenses. We only had to pay for the tree top walk and a few meals - I was impressed with this.
