Christine did a fabulous job. As an MBA Certified Project Mgmt. Pro (PMP) I have way more insight than clicks from NY. She went above and beyond the call of duty. Herding cats on a 43 person tour is a never ending battle. She handled it very professionally when 2x gals lost their cells at grand canyon and also lake Powell totally screwing up the schedule. SHE ENSURED WE WERE BACK ON TRACK AND I always saw her ensuring luggage made it on board In a timely manner. MY WIFE AND I HAVE DONE NUMEROUS TRIPS WITH Collette and she is one of the best ever! I was a manager for a $10M firm in Cincy as operations mgr. so I would hire her to do my business in a heartbeat as she is so detail oriented and congenial. A RARE SET OF ATTRIBUTES! I also am considering writing the Collete CEO to espouse her great documented efforts.

Great tour — I had the opportunity to meet amazing people. Just keep in mind that it’s part of a longer trip to Miami, which most people on the tour didn’t realize. Our trip manager was very helpful. I only wish we had more activities during the trip, as there was a lot of free time, sometimes in places where there was nothing to do.

This was my first experience with Colette tours, and I will definitely be booking another tour with them. Every aspect of this trip was done, planned perfectly, with no hidden expenses. All a person had to do, literally, was show up . There was never any question or confusion as to where to go, when to be there, Etc. The variety of things we did and saw was very interesting and planned very well. Never felt rushed, yet still had some down time, just enough to not start to wonder what to do. All of the included meals were excellent . Any tour guides, drivers we had were very knowledgeable, down to earth, very likable, making sure all travelers could hear as any tours moved along, via the earbuds sound system. This was really nice, because even if you were way ahead everyone or way behind everyone, you could still hear what the tour guide was saying, making it possible for everyone to move at their own pace. Regarding our accommodations, the location was perfect. Not much room to move around in the room itself, but not a big issue; we were not in our room much anyway. It would be nice if, in the lobby area, there would be complimentary water and coffee or, at least, a bubbler or place to fill up water bottle. Can't say enough about Colette tours. Even prior to booking, there is full disclosure/video of exactly what you will be doing, what you will be seeing, where you'll be staying, how you'll be getting around, what is and/or isn't l included in the price. Looking forward to my next vacation with Colette Tours.

All accommodations were fantastic. Absolutely loved the shows and all the Christmas lights. One complaint I have is our tour guide, Don, was very rude and disrespectful to a few of the elderly people on the tour. I was shocked and upset on his tone with how he treated them.

Very well organized and balanced tour with exceptional tour guide (Eileen Coloretti). Favorites were the walk through Central Park West on a beautiful sunny morning after a snow, the Rockettes spectacular, seeing two other shows, and much sightseeing (Christmas decorations, landmarks)done via bus, which helped these 70+ yo bones.

Favorite experience was seeing the Rockettes Holiday Show. It was fabulous! The bus tour from the 9-11 Memorial was extra lengthy, we thought. Not sure if it was traffic or construction or what(?), but it seemed it took us at least an hour longer to get back to the hotel than it took to get there. The included restaurants were great. We loved our tour guide Robert Rubinski. Kathy Fil was very knowledgeable and interested in our experiences.
