Awesome trip ! Would highly recommend Collette ! Great travel agent who set up the trip for us and our tour guide Kevin and bus driver Pasquale we’re awesome they went way above and beyond to make or trip awesome !

This tour was amazing. Seeing all the parks was wonderful but so was all the stops in between. Our tour manager Sheryl was spectacular with her knowledge and enthusiasm. The places we stayed at were clean and comfortable and some of them like the place in Jackson Hole was beautiful. I would encourage anyone to go on this tour.

We did not like three of the hotels on this trip. The two lodges, one in the Grand Canyon and one in Yellowstone were not the nicest places that we stayed. The lodge in Yellowstone had no TV, and no air conditioning. We were on the ground floor so I was not willing to open windows and wooden shutters. The one hotel that was not to our liking was the Best Western in Sheridan, WY. The room smelled, it was very old and dingy. It was the kind of place where you did not want to put a barefoot down on the floor. The remainder of the hotels we stayed at on the National Parks tour were wonderful! We absolutely loved all of the places we visited, all of the excursions included were terrific! Most of the guests on the particular tour we were on from September 9 through September 17 were of an average age, if I had to guess, of 65. There were those of us older than that and our only complaint was the pace of the tour. Every night except for two we were told to be down for breakfast by 6:30 AM, suitcases out in the hall by 7 AM and be on the bus by 8 AM. It was a tough pace to keep up for 10 to 12 days. However, in order to cover the amount of territory that we wanted to see, that pace was required. It’s not really a complaint, it’s just more of an eye opener. Otherwise, we loved everything else about this tour.

I like the New Tour Bus . Chris is a very good driver. Chris is a excellent tour guide. I love Mount Rushmore. Crazy Horse is my favorite memorable experience.

Sunrise at the Grand Canyon was a once in a lifetime event. We saw so many things and each was unique in their own way! We marked several things off our bucket list!

The tour guide was very knowable, I learned many new things about the area! He was very people oriented, always concerned about our comfort and kept us updated about the daily events! I have been on other tours and he made this one memorable!
