I feel like the cost of this trip would have been reasonable and would have given a five star rating; however, we prepaid for transfers to and from the airport. Upon arrival at the Seattle airport no one was there to pick us up. We made several calls to Trafalgar and the transfer company RMA and no one could find us in their system even though we gave them confirmation numbers for both the trip itself and the RMA confirmation. A couple days before our trip home we called RMA once again about our pick up from the hotel to the airport and again we were told we were not in their system. We ended up paying for taxi’s both times which was an additional cost we should not have had. When we go home, we emailed Trafalgar customer relations and got an email reply that it was received but have not heard anything else regarding the matter. Thank you.

It was a spectacular itinerary that we enjoyed very much. Our guide did such a amazing job, we hope to run into him again in future travels with Trafalgar. The only glitch was paying for tranfers from the airport to the hotel that didn't show up. We ended up getting our own taxis for both arrival and departure. After sending an email to get our money refunded, we have not received our money back.

The highlights of this trip Redwoods!!! Oregon Coastal areas with lighthouses Columbia River Gorge waterfall. I don’t know how it could be done give the tight timeframe but more time in these places would make it a perfect trip. The tour director was incredibly knowledgeable and added to the enjoyment. The driver was super and made everything smooth and safe.
