All tours were fabulous. Another day would have been nice to include shopping at Macy’s, Empire State Bldg go to, another musical, walking in Times Square, and to visit the famous Toy Store ….. The Sheraton was a fabulous hotel so close to Rockefeller Center, St Patrick’s Cathedral, Times Square…… Our flight did not get in until almost 9:00 PM on Thursday which is totally out of all planning but we went out and visited Times Square, Xmas tree in Rockafeller Center and ice rink, ate and got in at 1:00 AM!! But figured we could sleep when home! Adding another day would be perfect!!!

The tour itself was wonderful, but the airline experience was awful. Some of us went a day early to enjoy some extra time. We left our home at 2:45 am, but due to flight delays, we arrived at our hotel in Charleston around 10:30 pm and my luggage was still in Atlanta. As far as the actual tour is concerned, I enjoyed it all and I especially liked Jekyll Island.

This was a memorable, bucketlist trip! We saw so much of NYC and it was run very well. Buses were on time and comfortable, we got to experience alot of the highlights of New York. My most memorable experience was the 9/11 memorial and museum, so humbling and fascinating. Glenn was the BEST tour guide, always available and smiling.

Not happy given double beds 2 out of 3 hotels Second hotel furniture was beat up, shower in bathtub and shower curtain, not glass door. We paid extra for that room and it was the worst of all rooms Would have liked more tours on Maui and less free time Liked all the tours and views. Also liked how quiet it was. Lucky there Had problems booking flights and also misunderstanding on free bags

For a first time visitor to NYC it was perfect. The hotel location was in the heart of where we needed to be and it was high quality. I especially appreciated having our tour manager register us ahead of time. It is a large hotel and we didn’t have to wait in a long line to get our room. We started enjoying the city as soon as we arrived at the hotel vs waiting to get our room. Jamie our tour manager was superior. He made himself always available and was completely approachable. Clearly an experienced leader! I was a first time visitor and Jamie was the reason I was always comfortable. I now have the confidence to go back and explore more.
