Very good and satisfactory trip. I wish some care is taken of vegetarian diet people. Generally everywhere we went, just few options were available for us. It would be better if care is given to food options for vegetarians diet too.

Our tour to Turkey was wonderful. It was very well organized to maximize and enjoy the places we visited. Our tour guide Emine is absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable. Emine made sure to kept us informed of the history of every place we visited. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

EXCELLENT TRIP. WE COVERED ALL THE PLACES. EMINE OGUZ IS AN EXCELLENT GUIDE. SHE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND GAVE DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF ALL THE PLACES. ALSO SHE WAS ALWAYS SMILING AND CHEERFUL AND KEPT EVERYONE IN HIGH SPIRITS DESPITE THE LONG JOURNEYS.

The hotels were good. However, in some cases they were far from the city. Ex. in Cappadocia. I hoped it would be a cave hotel.

Enjoyed the trip thoroughly. One hotel had issues with excess heating up. rest were fine. Meals were awesome. Guides were excellent.

We really enjoyed the trip. A Just one hotel in the entire trip was lousy--as the heating could not be turned off despite very hot weather. All the other hotels were good. Meals were fantastic. The guides were knowledgeable and helpful.

Very well organised. Every day’s program design was perfect. The guide Jim Ali was excellent in managing the group and guided us well in each destination. During travel also he briefed about cultural, political, geographical and social aspect of Turkey.

ISTANBUL HOTEL SHOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER.

Lots of driving and museums. Would have preferred to spend more time on some of the historical places which were rushed. Quite a few shopping stops made as well. Often arrived late at the hotel and had no time to use the facilities. Didn’t like the tour ending late at night and no accommodation was provided for the night. The driver did an excellent job driving and getting us to safety. The tour guide was quite good offering insights, as well.

It was a great tour overall. The Richmond hotel in Pamukkale was substandard. Tour guide Kedir and our driver Mr. Mehmet were exceptional

Additional activities were highly priced when booked through Europamundo. Also in Turkey travel itinerary at Cappadocia, upgrade to Cave Hotel optional might have been provided.

Choice of Hotels was excellent. The Bus journey was excellent. The choice of food for VEGETARIANS was very limited. Also, the food served in the selected restaurants is often COLD and hence not enjoyable. Entire last day was spent only on bus travel from Kusadasi to Istanbul and hence not very useful.

This was a trip which was full of surprises for us. We were sceptical about how the hotels and the travel arrangements would be, considering the price. But to our surprise, everything was top notch, with the best hotels and amazing itinerary. Our Guide Ali Murat was super friendly and very supportive. He was highly knowledgeable for every location and knew the history of the locations. He kept everyone entertained throughout the journey. I would highly recommend Europamundo to everyone and would take similar packages for the future. Everything was very well organised by the team. Our bus driver also was very supportive and friendly. It would be great if we can create customised packaages for a group on our own if we have to in the future.

No, not with make my trip. Before booking/making payment, i was very clear that in Istanbul i need hotel near town area not outside istanbul city. Also, i was very clear that my 3 nights and 2 nights hotel to be different but it seems make my trip people based in Delhi was completely not interested.

We just got back from an amazing trip to Turkey, THANKS to our tour guide Murat Erogul who has been one of the best. The trip was more than expected thanks a million to Murat the Tour Guide. He led us through the various sites , his leadership , extensive knowledge of the country, history, his wisdom. He is also extremely professional, engaging, yet humble and extremely helpful to us and the whole group. One specific incident that we personally experienced which Murat promptly and efficiently coordinated during the trip was loss of my cell phone at the Atatic museum of Ataturkin Ankara. I received a message from my son in. Canada through what’s up that my cell phone was left at the security desk , I was extremely impressed by the security guard. I immediately advised Murat of the situation and he immediately coordinated through Mrs Ayla the other guide and Europamundo Operations Halil Yigit who both were extremely helpful and efficiently coordinated the drop off and pick up of my cell phone the very next day I received it. Kudos to all. I would like thank Europamundo team and Murat and will be definitely highly recommend to many friends and family.
