The booking porocess was easy, and customer service was responsive. I contacted 4 companies about the tour I was interested in. Two of the companies I contacted didn't answer me at all. One of them was basically a chatbot that said "do it yourself." Only bookmundi had human agents to help.

The itinerary was well put together to have two nights at each stop so it wasn’t too rushed and it was well planned to ease into the altitude which can really spoil a holiday like this if not managed.

This trip was fascinating.
The tour guide was very good, knowledgeable, personable, very well organized to manage the 20plus group and very helpful when my husband got too ill to travel for 2 days. He had excellent rapport with the local experts tapped to tell us more about Peruvian history, the people and their cultures.
The number of places we visited made for a very busy schedule, adding a day at some locations would have allowed a little down time to relax. The accommodations and food were quite good.
