Your Thailand and Vietnam adventure begins with your arrival in Bangkok. Your private driver will meet you at the airport, holding a signboard with your name. He will escort you to your accommodation right in the heart of the city. Once you have checked in to your hotel, you are free to explore the city on your own or relax at the hotel.

Have breakfast at the hotel and get ready for today's sightseeing. We will take you through the hustle and bustle of Bangkok to visit Wat Traimit, a visually stunning temple in China Town. Here you will see one of the largest solid gold Buddha statues (5.5 tones of the precious metal). Continue to visit Wat Po, the home of the famous 45-meter reclining Buddha. This temple also used to be the original school of traditional Thai massage.
Next, we will visit the Royal Grand Palace, the nation's landmark and the most revered royal monument. On a palace tour, you will see, among other attractions, the Coronation Hall, Funeral Hall, Royal Guest House, and the mysterious famous Emerald Buddha, the most revered Buddha image in Thailand.
You will be transferred back to your hotel after the tour. The rest of the day you are free.

Relish the remaining moment in Bangkok before your private driver escorts you to the airport to take the flight to Chiang Mai. When you arrive at Chiang Mai airport, your driver will pick you up and transfer you to your accommodation. You are free to explore ore relax once you have checked in to your hotel.

OPTIONAL TOUR:
If you are interested, there is also an optional half-day tour to a local elephant sanctuary including lunch.
Get ready early in the morning, and then take a drive (1.5 hours) through rolling hills, forests, and local farming areas to reach the elephant sanctuary. At the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary, you will get a chance to interact, feed and play with them in their natural environment. At the same time, you will also learn about their behavior.
Later in the day, enjoy a walk with the elephants to a river and bathe them. After enjoying your time with elephants, have a traditional Thai meals for lunch and return to Chiang Mai.
NOTE: Please bring your swimwear along as you will be getting wet with the elephants.
Another free day in beautiful Chiang Mai. We recommend you utilize the free time to explore local temples, enjoy traditional Thai massage, or just taking in the charming atmosphere of the town.

Relish the remaining moment in Chiang Mai before your private driver escorts you to the airport to take a flight to Hanoi, Vietnam. Upon landing at Noi Bai International Airport, your driver will pick you up and transfer you to your accommodation. You are free to explore the city once you have checked in to your hotel.
NOTE: On particular days of the week, the flight from Chiang Mai to Hanoi might include a stopover in Bangkok.
In the morning, check out from the hotel, and get picked up by a cruise team for your Ha Long Bay trip. Take the most scenic route to reach the iconic Bay, across the Red River Delta with emerald green rice paddies stretching for as far as the eyes can see.
Upon arrival at Ha Long, you will board a cruise and set sail, enjoying the fantastic views of limestone rocks and the karst grottoes. Enjoy an utterly delicious seafood lunch and enjoy the surrounding view of the Bay from the sundeck.
The cruise will stop at a secret location, where you will spend time kayaking or swimming to explore the karst grottoes from up close. Towards the evening, you will return to the mothership for an early dinner. Spend the night at your own leisure. You can optionally attend the activities organized by the cruise team.
Rise early today to enjoy the morning view of Ha Long Bay. You can also participate in a Tai Chi session on the sundeck to awake your mind and muscles. Breakfast will be served in the dining room.
Sail back to the land while enjoying the view. Briefly, we will stop at a limestone cave to admire the stalagmite and stalactite formations. We head back to the land after this. Lunch will be serve on board the cruise. After disembarking, we will drive back to Hanoi.
Relish the remaining moment in Hanoi before your private driver escorts you to the airport to catch a flight to Hoi An. After landing at Da Nang airport, your driver will pick you up and transfer you to your accommodation in Hoi An. You are free for the rest of the day once you have checked in to your hotel.
Today you have a free day to explore Hoi An at your own pace. The best way to explore this charming town is to rent a bicycle at the hotel and cycle around the town towards the riverside or the beach. At the beach, you will find many small cafes where you could relax with a fresh fruit drink after a refreshing swimming.
You could also visit a tailor-shop which could make you and your loved ones a new piece of clothes, bag or shoes overnight.
In the evening, we recommend that you take a walk around the Old Town area, which looks charming when traditional lanterns light up the shops and streets.
Have breakfast at the hotel and get ready for the transfer from Hoi An to Hue by a private car. You will drive through one of the most beautiful roads in the world - Hai Van Pass. Be prepared to get blown away by the stunning views of the mountains and the sea.
Upon arrival in Hue, check in to your hotel and have free time to explore the surrounding area.
Hue City is the cultural, political, and economic center of the Thua Thien Hue province, and used to be an old imperial city of Vietnam under the Nguyen Dynasty.
Today, you will be exploring several attractions that this city is known for, including the Unesco heritage listed architectural monuments. Meet your guide at the hotel at around 8:00-8:30 am and start your tour with a boat trip on the Perfume River to Thien Mu Temple, the oldest pagoda in Hue. Then visit the Imperial Citadel, where the Nguyen Dynasty ruled between 1802 and 1945. Here you will also visit the Royal Antiques Museum to see the collection of ornaments from the Nguyen dynasty. Afterwards, head to the bustling Dong Ba market and enjoy a delicious Vietnamese lunch.
In the afternoon, we will head to Khai Dinh’s Tomb, which combines traditional Vietnamese style with a European touch, making it unique from the other tombs in Hue. Then explore Minh Mang's Tomb, which represents the Confucian style. En route, you will also visit conical hats and incense sticks villages.
Return to your hotel at around 16:00-17:00.
Today, you will fly to Ho Chi Minh City. After landing at Tan Son Nhat Airport, your driver will pick you up and transfer you to your accommodation. Once you have checked in to your hotel, you are free to explore on your own.
Depart from Ho Chi Minh City at around 8 am, and head to Mekong Delta, the land of nine dragons. Upon arrival at Cai Be, you will board a boat, which will take you through the waters of Mekong that nurtures the land, to reach Mekong Lodge.
Upon arrival at the resort, check in to your private bungalow and enjoy a delicious lunch by the riverside.
Have some rest, and get ready for a cycling trip to Tan Phong Island. Here, you will visit some local handicraft workshops and see how locals make banana leaves hammocks, water coconut leaves thatch, and home decor products from water hyacinth. Visit fruit gardens where you can enjoy freshly picked fruits and Vietnamese folk music. Then take a small rowing boat trip through the canal.
Have dinner at a restaurant and enjoy a relaxing evening at the resort.
We start our second day in Mekong Delta with a buffet breakfast at the resort. Next, we will take a boat trip to Cai Be floating market, a cultural feature of the Mekong Delta. You will see the most vibrant scene on the Tien River with hundred of boats gathering for the fresh produce trade. Then spend some more time on the island visiting more handicraft villages. After the tour, return to your lodge, check out, and drive back to Ho Chi Minh City.
Relish a healthy breakfast on the final day of your trip. Complete the hotel check-out formalities, after which you can visit the local markets to buy souvenirs for your loved ones.
Later your private driver will transfer you to the airport to take your flight back home.
