Unfortunately, we were not aware of the high winds of Patagonia and as a result; our glacier boat tour was cancelled and NO REFUND was given. In future, I will book directly with the glacier tour agency as they did give a refund for the cancellation. Our hotel was wonderful; however it was a 20 minute walk to town and restaurants. There were no other people at our hotel who participated in the Patagonia Short Break which was disappointing.
