Northern Thailand comes alive on this 10-day cultural adventure from Bangkok to Chiang Mai, tailor-made for experienced travelers. Wander the evocative ruins of Ayutthaya, spend a night floating on a rafthouse, and ride a local train to Chiang Mai—before lacing up for a trek into the region’s tranquil hills and meeting hilltribe communities rarely visited by outsiders. With a moderate activity rating, the tour provides a balanced challenge, blending authentic encounters with the allure of Thailand’s landscapes and temples. Accommodation, meals, and transport are included, so you can focus on making memories. The USP? Genuine cultural immersion that lets you step into a different rhythm of life, offering stories you’ll share long after you return.
I really enjoyed the trip but it was more intense than I thought it would be! Nice to have the different side of seeing the tourist activities as well as the hillside tribe villages. I really enjoyed the hike although it was more challenging than I was expecting from the description given!
Overall great tour just wouldn?t recommend the hilltribe trek at the time of year I went.
Our 10 day trip to Thailand was incredible! Our CEO in the city was excellent at ensuring our days were full of new experiences and beautiful Temples while also ensuring that we were able to appreciate the history behind what we were seeing as we were seeing it. Our CEO and local guides on the three day hill tribe trek were full of local knowledge on the medicinal and agricultural application of the land we were trekking across and seeing the differences of the villages we stayed in as well as eating the local diet on the trip was a wonderful and tasty experience! We had an amazing time, and we will be back again!
