Upon arrival at Udaipur Airport in the morning, you will be greeted by our representative and transferred to your hotel.
Founded in 1568 by Maharaja Udai Singh as the capital of the Mewar Kingdom, Udaipur is renowned for its expansive palace complex, the City Palace, and its picturesque lakes, earning it the nickname "Lake City" of Rajasthan. The city’s charm is enhanced by its history, including connections to Shah Jehan, the Mughal prince who later created the Taj Mahal in Agra.
In the afternoon, enjoy a half-day sightseeing tour of Udaipur, a city vibrant with local legends and colorful history. Begin with a visit to the City Palace, constructed in 1725. Explore its magnificent sections, including the Dilkhush Mahal, the Sheesh Mahal adorned with dazzling Belgian mirrors, Moti Mahal, and the Palace of Lord Krishna, all featuring exquisite decorations.
