The booking porocess was easy, and customer service was responsive. I contacted 4 companies about the tour I was interested in. Two of the companies I contacted didn't answer me at all. One of them was basically a chatbot that said "do it yourself." Only bookmundi had human agents to help.

I was happy with itinerary given it is only a short . Zurich is somewhere I would like to see but given the length of the tour not everywhere can fit in the itinerary. The places chosen in the itinerary were nice to visit.

Lovely mix of touring through countryside and passes on a luxury coach, and having opportunities to walk through towns or take gondolas up amazing mountains. Absolutely glorious weather and glorious scenery. While winter outerwear is necessary for the gondola trips, no fancy dinner duds required! Some group dinners, some dinners on your own. Terrific, engaging, organized travel director and driver. No pressure to purchase optional excursions.

Glorious Switzerland was a wonderful tour! We loved the open top cable car that went to the top of Mount Stanserhorn, the Glacier Express from St Moritz to Chur, the fondue dinner in Lucerne (the entertainment was awesome), the stop over the Simplon Pass for complimentary pie and coffee, and the cogwheel train ride in Zermatt to see Matterhorn! We didn’t care for the Lucerne cruise because there was nothing really to see! The Lugano Lake cruise to a grotto for a risotto cooking class was wonderful! We recommend doing an extra day in Geneva to take in the d’Eau and flower clock as well…Our travel director was on top of everything, including slight changes in itinerary due to weather issues. We went in May, which can lead to risky weather patterns! All in all, we definitely recommend this trip!
