I thought that the itinerary was wonderful. I would have enjoyed seeing more of Liechtenstein. I know that it is not very big, but I would have loved to see more of the countryside. The hotel in Zermatt was nice and the view was wonderful, but I don't think they were prepared for 2 tour groups at breakfast. I went 3 times to get bacon and eggs and they were always out. They also didn't have a huge selection of choices.
Beautiful scenery nearly everywhere we went. We had a very knowledgeable and friendly tour director. Just the right amount of days for us.

Each city, town and side trip was outstanding. The AC in some restaurants was nonexistent during a very hot trip, so you sweat and stay hydrated. But the hotels were great and the Alps were everywhere and glorious. The trains for the Bernina and Glacier Express were comfortable commuter rail cars. Nothing fancy there, but the landscape was incredible. We did all of the optional excursions, which were worth it.
It provided us with everything that was promised, so we were very satisfied
