The tour was great. Our guide Nadir was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. The team was flexible and accommodating throughout the tour. Before booking, you should know that since they organize tours of different lengths from different sites, it will be easy for them to extend your stay if you want. The only downside was that on my trip the tour started and stopped on different days for different people. The hotels were good but not what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Even so, I fully recommend this tour.
We would highly recommend this trip. . Our guide was terrific. His name was Emrah. The history of Turkey is fascinating. I took a 12 week lecture course prior to departure and our guide was very accurate and enthusiastic. The hot air balloon ride in Cappadocia was great fun. Many friends and family members were concerned for our safety before we left. Their concern was completely unfounded. We found the Turkish people, that we came into contact with, to be very welcoming and friendly. Thank you for offering this opportunity.
Our trip was wonderful. We had an amazing time and enjoyed it very much . But the best part of the trip was our tour guide, Mr. Tan. He was the most knowledgeable guide we had ever. The pride in his country, his heritage and his obvious love of history impressed everyone on the trip. Thanks to him we learned a lot about Turkish history and culture. This trip was an amazing introduction to Turkey
Fantastic! Everything ran like clockwork and hassle-free. I definitely would recommend the operator and I will definitely travel with them in the future.
Our trip to Turkey was great! I had a fabulous time. I would like to especially commend our awesome tour guide, Ali. With her degree in Archaeology, he is extremely knowledgeable of the complicated history of Turkey. We got in depth information of all the sights we visited. He has a great sense of humor which made those long drives fun and interesting. Ekrem is an excellent driver who made sure that we got to our destination safely. He kept the bus clean and orderly at all times which made the bus rides very pleasant. We recommend
It was wonderful! The highlight of the trip was our tour guide, Mustafa. The knowledge of his country and its history was outstanding in addition of being very dedicated to the group and our well being. Our luggage did not arrive in Istanbul and he was key in retrieving our luggage before we left to Cappadocia. This has been the best trip ever. And my family enjoy the same way as I did. Eskapas has great guides and drivers. The bus and the hotels were all first class and the organization of every tour, lunch, dinner, shows, were 100% on time and excellent, making it transparent for us, the traveler.
I enjoyed the Fantastic Turkey Tour and thought it was well organized. Some tips for anyone considering to visit: 1. Find out if anyone else will speak your language during the visit. I was the only English speaking guest on my tour and felt a bit left out at times. My guide, Eray, was great. He was kind, friendly and knowledgeable. However, he had to do double duty and talked to me in English and another man in French so he couldn't give as much information as the other guide had to speak only in Portuguese with other guests. 2. I opted out of the Cappadocia hot air balloon tour for reasons unrelated to the tour, but I really wanted to take pictures of the hot air balloons. Just be aware that if you don't join the tour there won't be a chance to photograph the hot air balloons - you won't be able to see them from your hotel, on the ride, etc. 3. There are a couple of days with long drives up to 8 hours The bus stops frequently and has wifi so I didn't feel uncomfortable. 4. If you are vegan, I cannot recommend this tour. There was not enough choice at the hotels or at any of the restaurants that we stopped for lunch. One day, while having lunch at one of the roadside restaurants (like an Italian auto grill), I couldn't find any vegetarian options and ended up having to eat a Turkish bagel and a banana that I found at a stand across the street from the restaurant. Overall, I saw some great sights and learned a lot about Turkey. It's a wonderful country with friendly, helpful people and a great place to visit.
I bought this tour along with a trip to Greece. Both rides were perfectly designed. In this travel, I must admit that 3 domestic flights are very important to incorporate different regions of Turkey. It's a big country almost like Texas! I really liked the region of Ephesus and Cappadocia. I will be back specially for Istanbul The tour guide on Cappadocia and Ephesus were very knowledgeable. The hotels were first class , centrally located. So many attractions in Istanbul-Kusadasi and Urgup are very close to the hotel. I reccommend.
Extremely professional and great management! Would recommend them to anyone considering a hassle free trip, especially with kids! Good job!
