Itinerary

Venture from Marrakech to the heart of Morocco’s desert on this 6-day private tour, crafted for curious explorers. Traverse the dramatic Dades Gorge and the endless dunes of Merzouga, where oases and ancient kasbahs tell stories of nomadic tribes. This relaxed itinerary provides plenty of time to absorb the natural beauty and ancestral traditions of southern Morocco, with comfortable accommodations and guided support throughout. The tour’s unique edge is its in-depth desert experience, offering rare insights into the region’s untouched landscapes and timeless way of life.

day 1 - Arrival Marrakech

After arriving at Marrakech Airport, you’ll be welcomed by a tour representative who’ll be waiting for you outside the airport, in front of the Arrivals exit, holding a sign with your name on it. Please do not leave the pick-up area without having met the agent/driver first. You’re then transferred to your hotel. After checking in, the rest of the day is free for you to spend at your leisure, be that beginning to explore the colourful city of Marrakech at your own pace or simply relaxing and enjoying the services available at the hotel.

Arrive then at the Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO and well known around the world for features in movies like Gladiators or TV shows like Game of Thrones. After a break for lunch in the small town of Ait ben Haddou, continue to Ouarzazate, an ancient city you’ll stop to explore. Your next stop is the fortified village of Kelaat M'Gouna, famous for its yearly rose festival. Wrap the day up with a drive toward Dadés Gorges, a stunning natural site.
