My daughter and I had the most wonderful trip we could’ve imagined! Thank you for your guidance and ability to arrange such amazing adventures for us while we were in Argentina
I can't say enough nice things about the team. A friend and I used their services for an 8-day trip to Argentina. During that time, we visited Iguazu Falls, El Calafate, and Buenos Aires, where we caught a Boca Juniors match. Amazing experience. We really appreciate how they personalize the itinerary to your liking. Everything from the hotels to the transfer services to the tours were wonderful. Thank you, Patricio, Antonella, and Florencia.
I had an outstanding experience working with the travel team for my trip to Argentina. From the very beginning, their team was professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the best destinations and experiences. They tailored the itinerary perfectly to my preferences, ensuring a seamless and stress-free journey. Every detail, from accommodations to excursions, was well thought out, and their local expertise truly made a difference. I especially appreciated their prompt communication and willingness to accommodate any requests. Thanks to the team, my trip was not only memorable but also hassle-free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a well-organized and authentic travel experience in Argentina!
Just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and your team for a fantastic holiday in Argentina! We loved the country and the people. The highlights for us were Iguazu Falls, the wine tour & the little hotel in Mendoza and the Glacier trekking. The Glacier was amazing!!! All flights were on time and your guides were always there to meet and great. Please pass on a special thank you to Carla who looked after us in BA and kept in touch all through our travels. Thanks again, who did a fantastic job putting it all together and we will recommend you and your company to all our friends & family."
Thanks for making our trip so wonderful. We loved our guides, Rosario and Fabian. And the accommodations were comfortable and within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. The visits to the wineries were informative about the family histories, plus delicious food. I will not hesitate to recommend your services.
Just feel like letting you know what an awesome time we have had in Argentina and Antarctica. A BIG THANK YOU for the organising of everything. This includes you staff, Marcella and Una, whom we met and others behind the scene. Seldom have I found everything so punctually. NOT once was anyone late. The tours were wonderful as was the Dinner/Tango evening. We also managed to visit o the Evita Museum and did a tour in the Opera House, what a beautiful place. Visited the old Theater which is now a bookshop, also very interesting. Then the Botanical Gardens and Rose Garden in full bloom. Also glad we kept to the hotel in Ushuaia as it was very central for us. The park in Ushuaia was a welcome change from the 3 weeks on the ship and very interesting. The walks did us good on the most beautiful spring day so far. (we were told) Hotels were clean and staff very pleasant everywhere. If it comes about, I will recommend you for ideas, service, booking etc. To finish, once again many thanks for everything.
I travel around the world three times a year and have never met a more compassionate tour company than this one. We had scheduled trips to Iguazu Falls and El Calfate with them since they were not only far cheaper than most other businesses with the similar offering, but also very faithful.
Everything was enjoyable and memorable. Iguazú and the Glacier have been two of our favorite adventures.
We certainly enjoyed our trip to Argentina, and would not hesitate to recommend this tour organizer. We choose this company due to its prompt feedback and attention to detail.
Hello Lujan, We got back 2 days ago from our trip to Argentina which you organised for us. I would just like to say a big thank you for your help; we had a wonderful time and came back feeling that we had a very good picture of your amazing country : the variety, the sheer vastness and the (mostly) happy attitude of the people towards life. I would also like to comment on the excellence of all the guides we had - Tina in BA, Chris (I think) in Tierra del Fuego, Celia in P Iguaz and Eduardo in Salta who drove us many hundreds of kilometres with great skill and patience. They were all very knowledgeable and good humoured and obviously enjoy their job. Perhaps you could pass on our thanks and appreciation to them. All the transfers were punctual and stress free and I thank you again for making our holiday such a pleasure.
My husband and I have traveled a great deal in Europe and Mexico and we agree that this was one of the best trips ever. We worked with travel advisor Maria Szlafsztein through e-mails and phone calls and were very pleased with her service. She was very informative, helpful and quick to respond to our every inquiry. Maria really was invaluable in putting together this wonderful trip and almost everything about it ran smoothly without problems. Our favorite hotel on this trip was the Cacique Inacayal in Bariloche because of its beautiful lakeside setting, restaurant and atmosphere. But we also really like Kau Yatsun Hotel in El Calafate. Our least favorite was our stay at the Alden de la Selva in Puerto Iguaz. It was really isolated in its location and, due to its rainforest setting, seemed to have a mold problem. The food was not very appealing either. We would not stay there again. We thoroughly enjoyed all the excursions, among them, the Argentine Experience, the Tango Show, Iguaz Falls, the day spent at Estancia Ombu. But probably my favorite was the Glaciares Gourmet cruise to see the magnificent glaciers of Argentina. It made for unforgettable memories. All the guides we had with us during our trip were outstanding, very knowledgeable, fun and very accommodating. We have to mention Maria Cecilia Martire, Marcelo, Romulo Melo, Ezequiel Gonzalez, and Nicols who drove us to Torres del Paine. We enjoyed our excursions with every one of them.
The places we visited were just breathtaking, and the Argentinians were very friendly and welcoming. It was one of our best trips ever and one we will remember and talk about for a long time. After talking with Maria we knew she was very knowledgeable about her country and had lived and traveled around there extensively. The booking process with Maria was excellent. She made many wonderful suggestions about which areas to visit, how long we should stay in each area, and which excursions would be best for us. She was also very prompt in answering our many emails. My favorite excursion was the Marpatag Glaciares Gourmet boat trip. Seeing the glaciers up close was an unforgettable sight. The Gourmet lunch was excellent and we enjoyed the company of other travelers. I would like to mention our guide in Buenos Aires, Ceci Martire. She was our very best guide, very knowledgeable and a lot of fun! She sent us emails throughout our trip to make sure everything was going as planned. Thank you, Ceci. One negative thing that I need to mention was our all day excursion from El Calafate to Torres Del Paine. We expected to be picked up in a comfortable van for such a long ride, but instead we were picked up in a small SUV. This was too small for 3 adults in the back seat. And on top of that our driver decided to take a short cut over very bumpy gravel roads. This did reduce our travel time by 1 1/2 hours each way though.
We had a fabulous trip to South America thanks to the travel specialists from this company. Our hightlights have been the Iquazu Falls and the P. Moreno Glacier. We have to favorite hotels - Toss up between the Jasy in Iquazu and the Pudu Lodge in El Chaltan. We liked the size of the rooms, the tranquility and the locations (quiet in the country) were very nice plus the balcony of the Jasy hotel. Our favorite exucrions have been to Iquazu Falls and the Mendoza wineries. The falls were spectacular, and the wineries were very pleasant out in the country. Winery experience different from wineries in the United States. Also the P. Moreno Glacier. Besides Patty, we enjoyed our guide in Bariloche (Frederico) and our Mendoza wine guide.. all guides were very knowledgeable. We particularly liked Frederico's enthusiasm for nature and his knowledge of Argentina's history, politics, geography, etc. A page or two for us "English" speaking tourists, of useful phrases in the countries we visited would be useful. IE Bon Dia (good day) in Brazil, thank you, etc. And a page on paragraphs of common customs. what to expect, etc. in each country (what is polite, nor not polite, etc). Jay and I give this company excellent grades for putting together a perfectly paced and interesting itinerary. We felt the amount of time at each place was appropriate. We felt safe the entire time, and understood that it could be a challenge. We thought the locations of the hotels were excellent!!! Close to everything we needed, clean and comfortable. We particularly liked meeting Patty in person and enjoyed sharing WHAT's APP pictures. The gift (bottle of wine) was delicious and thoughtful. We will post our comments on trip advisor as well, and recommend your company to any one we know that may be interested in going to South America.
I hope you are doing well!! First of all, thank you for the empanda recipe!! We will be using it as part of our Christmas dinner! In addition to the empanadas, we will also be having Matambre with Chimichurri Sauce, Ensalada Rusa, Humita, tomates rellenos, Flan and bread pudding We found this tour company on the internet. It had excellent reviews on various websites and was mentioned in Frommer's and Lonely Planet travel websites. I will be posting a review!! I am also attaching a few photos! We traveled to six destinations on our trip each destination offered it's own uniqueness. The arrangements made for us helped us enjoy each location that much more without having to worry about all the travel details......the company took care of all that for us!!! A favourite hotel LOL!! The Belmond!!! Really, really nice hotel!!! We would have loved to have stayed here a little longer!!! All the hotels arranged for us were great!! Service, cleanliness, etc.....everything was really wonderful!!! One item that really impressed us about ALL the hotels we stayed in.....once we checked in, the people that worked at each hotel remembered our names!!! Very nice to experience that!! Again....difficult to answer what has been our favourite excursion !! Hard to compare since each excursion offered it's own unique experience! Walking with penguins....very awesome!! Perito Moreno Glacier....phenomenal!!! The hiking, the scenery.....breathtaking!! All of Argentina is wonderful!!! Every single guide we had on our trip was great!!! Everyone kept things interesting, funny and adventurous!!! We loved all of them!!! We cannot think of anything that needed improvements or changes!!! Everyone that we worked with took care of all our needs!! All arrangements were taken care of, all guides and drivers were right on time, every time!!!
We had a fabulous trip to South America. We found this tour operator on the internet researching South America/Argentina , reviews were very positive.
