It was very busy lots to see but most enjoyable, Great hotels great food. Very well looked after Excellent guide and very well planned

Fantastic tour to this part of Europe. Great pace for a holiday with later starts. Wide range of experiences included and as an added option. Guide and driver were incredibly knowledgeable and made our trip fun. This has our most enjoyable in holiday in Europe.

The amount of walking required with each activity. Several days were in excess of 6 miles.

We saw places Ive only seen on /TV, our Director had a full itinerary each day, It was never a boring trip, and just when we thought we saw it all, another beautiful scenery appears. Our bus driver Chris was the best we"ve ever had, so professional and he could back-up that big bus like he was driving a Yugo... Rob knows so much about the countries we visited, I felt I was in a history class, he was very informative.

Our tour guide Robert was probably the most knowledgeable person I have ever met. He was attentive to all our needs and went out his way to make sure had the best experience. The added excursions were well worth the money. And the views are amazing.

If you've never been to these 3 countries, this is a great trip to see them all! Full of history and gorgeous surroundings, you will not forget this trip any time soon.

The itinerary included everything you could want to experience and see. It is very well investigated and a great price for optional experiences.

We saw so much on this trip! Yet never felt rushed or that it too much. , our tour guide, and our bus driver were both awesome! The trip was so much better than we could have ever expected!!

It really lets you see and experience the countryside ! Takes you places , you might not have known were there . No just a tour of cities and churches - but outside the box things to see!

Hotels could be better You really don’t need stop in St Moritz It’s too expensive and hotel not in a good place

Good optional visits. Thought St. Moritz was not required as a 1 night stay because we only stayed a little while (although the lake pictures were outstanding). was a fantastic guide; very high marks.

Broad range of experiences and sights. Really enjoyed the opportunity to see three different countries. Our Tour Director was Awesome!!!!!

I was disappointed in the dinners. I expected more of a German style cuisine, instead I felt we got for the most part, an American cuisine

The trip was well organized. Driver and guide were excellent. Sights and tours were great. Local guides were informative and engaging. It was really good to stay two nights in each destination so not packing as often. We saw s lot of wow hi-lites that gave us s glimpse of what we might like to explore more.

Lots of walking and extras but very nice tour.

We saw all the hotspots stayed in the best hotels traveled in an excellent coach, and also saw many interesting things that others will miss along the way

Itinerary was fast paced to allow us to see everything we should but had enough options if you would prefer downtime.

The itinerary was well organized, gave travelers options with the ability to have down time for personal exploration. The tour director was extremely knowledgeable and courteous, adding a personal touch with great problem solving skills when faced with unforeseen issues.

Beautiful areas

I enjoyed visiting the castles, the cathedrals and doing city tours. The locations of the hotel hotels should always be near the city so that you have time to walk around and explore on your own. Some of the excursions were a waste of time and money. The descriptions of the excursions were not always accurate. I was disappointed with a couple of them.

The itinerary covered many sites I was interested in seeing. There were several locations, had we traveled on our own, we would not have seen or realized what we were seeing without the travel director's expertise. Activities were varied and for nearly every physical ability. Not only did we see the "must see's" such as Schonbrunn Palace in Vienna and Neuschwanstein Castle, we took train rides over the Bernina Pass, the Glacier Express, and the funicular railway and cable car to the summit of the Stanserhorn. We saw downhill ski jumping at an Olympic stadium in Innsbruck. We toured Hitler's Eagle's Nest and Dachau Concentration Camp.

Great tour director and driver . Always cheerful and engaging. Very enthusiastic and throughly explaining each day and every detail. All of the sites visited,restaurants, transportation provided was excellent.

The travel guide *personal info removed by Feefo* the driver showed a lot of care and willingness to make travelers feel good and looked after. Many things we have seen with this organized tour wouldn't experience traveling on our own. The weather was rainy almost every day - nobody's fault but impacted the joy of visiting many outdoor sites.

It was an excellent tour. I cannot fault Insight Vacation and the Tour Director, bus drive, and local experts were all brilliant.

The itinerary overall was great. Loved the Bernina, ski jump, castles, Salzburg, Innsbruck, etc. Would have rather done something else than the second island in Lake Chiemsee. It was nice, but underwhelming. Would have preferred maybe Munich Olympic venues. The beer hall in Lucerne was wonderful. We were plagued by bad weather and our views at the Eagles nest and Swiss mountains were a bust, so no 5 stars

Would have liked to include Olympic Site in Munich. Also, would have liked to have a city tour of Lucerne on the last full day of the tour.

This itinerary is packed full of wonderful places to visit. The hotels were very nice. We had a wonderful tour director and bus driver I fully recommend this tour

Very Nice food choices could of been better.

The coach was very nice and the driver was fabulous. Most of the hotels were clean and comfortable. Several did not have adequate air conditioning. Our tour host was organized and detailed orientated, which of course is a must. The train trip through the Alps was lovely. I would have to rate the dinner selections as lacking. The dinners were average and I would have liked more selections.

I enjoyed all the history, castles, and beautiful scenery! Every day was filled with visits to wonderful historical sights, we saw some amazing scenery and the guides did a great job of filling in all the details. We had some very good meals along with several fun shows. The Viennese concert with music by both Strauss and Mozart was excellent. The Swiss dinner with a show was delightful.

It was an excellent tour. I would definitely recommend it.

Only questionable local guide was at Dachau. We didn't learn enough about the people who suffered, views of the local population, or what actually happened in the camp.

The itinerary was perfect for us. It keeps you busy. This is not for persons who have difficulty with walking and doing steps. Our travel guide, was fabulous. She was always informative and constantly trying to help. She knew her group well and what their needs were. We absolutely loved this trip.

Very good tour of everything in the description of this wonderful tour. We wanted to see Austria and Switzerland but received so much more. Tour guide superb!!!Driver the best.We suggest noting some parts of the tour are a bit strenuous. Also one hotel had no a/c which was fine because windows could be opened. However the street noise lasted until 4:30 am on a night when we had to board the coach at 6:45.

The glacier express was beautiful but perhaps too long. Shorten if possible. Spent more time in cities than necessary. Assumed we would be more on country roads and smaller locations. Found Munich to be the least favorite location we visited.

itinerary was great & we loved the 2 night stays in most places.

The info provided on Insight indicated it was a relaxed tour with many morning starts after 9a., not the case, most starts were @ 7:30a, with one as early as 6:30a with a bagged breakfast. There were several lengthy repetitive walking tours, with little to no free time. There were lots of stairs and uneven surfaces creating difficulties for those with mobility issues. We averaged 3-4 miles of walking a day. Changes were made to the hotel bookings which required us to pack and move more frequently. Optional experiences were over priced. The tour director was very knowledgeable. , our bus driver provided a safe journey and was always professional and courteous. The scenery and sights were spectacular. The accommodations were comfortable and the food was average.

While the itinerary was very full, at no point did it feel like we were rushed.

Great itinerary. Perhaps a few optional activities (at extra cost) that maybe could be / should be included in the tour price? We spent $2,500.00 over and above the price of the tour for gratuities, meals on our own and optional experiences. The gratuities we were happy to pay as our Tour Director and Driver were both excellent. On the whole a great tour - would heartily recommend.

To try to recover from jet lag we decided to give ourselves an extra day in Vienna at the start of our trip. When checking in we advised the agent we would be joining the Insight tour the next day and could he give us a room close to some of the other Insight travellers. For some reason this resulted in an additional charge of $326.11. Can you explain the reason for a total charge of $1,468.01 for the night. (Photos attached) Our trip was as promised in terms of sights, but at our age, 80 and 74, we found that with the number of items and the length of the days we were tired. Several of our fellow travellers felt the same. A little slower pace might have been more enjoyable.

The itinerary was full of fun activities, hidden gems, and must see sights. I was very impressed by the flow and timing of everything. The experiences were amazing and the itinerary catered to the group’s interest and pace.

Liked spending 2 overnites in each location

My wife and I (55&60y/o) took the trip in May 2025. It was excellent. We did and saw and experienced much more than we expected. It was our first group tour and we plan on doing another Insight tour next year. All the hotels, hotel breakfasts and locations were great. The local experts made the history much more interesting. We did every optional experience offered. All were fun, but if you need some down time, skip a couple dinner's to enjoy the city as you like. I can’t say enough about our tour guide and driver and . They were beyond helpful and professional. Note: prepay your tip at booking and bring euros to tip your local experts. If you want to go and see European cites and countryside, do these tours. Also, the food is Bavarian, it’s fine. Nobody goes on a Bavarian food tour. Don’t go for the food. Do go for the professional tour guide and the nice people you will meet.

Great trip with many incredible sights and excursions offered. Hard to say what was best with variety ranging from sights at highest peak in Europe to Mozart orchestra to gazebo from "Gone with the Wind".

The itinerary was varied and a very good length of time.

This is a great itinerary to see the scenic side of Austria, Bavaria and Switzerland (not just the cities). It is a well-curated list of historic sites as well as cultural experiences. We loved it!
