Annie was a fantastic group leader at the 9 day Bali tour, always there when you needed something and super fun, which made it one of the best experiences ever

Annie was the best group leader . Organised , efficient and helpful and also up for a good time with the group. Always did her best to ensure we were having a good time & we were all ok . I did the Bali intro 9 days starting on 15th July .

From start to finish, this Bali Intro trip was absolutely unforgettable — and that’s all thanks to our incredible group leader, Ippy. He brought the perfect blend of energy, knowledge, humor, and genuine care that made everyone feel instantly welcome and excited for the adventure. What really made him stand out was his ability to bring people together and create such a fun, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere. He made sure no one ever felt left out, and he handled everything with professionalism and kindness. If you're thinking about doing a Bali Intro trip — do it! And if you get Ippy as your group leader, you’re in for something truly special. He turned a great trip into a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Thank you, Ippy — you're an absolute legend!

Just completed the 9 day intro Bali and Indonesia tour with my sister! Ippy was our guide and he was AWESOME! Leave the stress to him, and enjoy your travels! Highly recommend

I had Niamh for my group in Bali. Her cultural knowledge was amazing and you could tell she was passionate about the country. She even learnt the local language and used it to communicate with the guides!! Overall 10/10 experience :))))

Thanks so much Katie for the last 2 weeks. Your an absolute star and intro is lucky to have you. Especially when we had that awful travel day and my phantom rabies scare, you dealt with it all very well. I highly recommend any intro trip, doing both Thailand and Bali was a perfect first month traveling. They encapsulate all parts of your chosen destination, from the calmer retreats to buzzing towns with nightlife. I suspect thats the case with all their destinations, hence why Ive booked Sri Lanka to do one day with intro as well!

Acabo de realizar mi viaje de 9 d­as a Bali con Katie y Bela. Ambas han sido espectaculares. Han sido sºper divertidas, atentas, proactivas y tienen mucho conocimiento de Indonesia y su cultura. En definitiva, el viaje ha sido inolvidable. He hecho varios amigos y tachado varias metas de mi bucket list. Super agradecida por esta experiencia. Ha sido todo un sue±o.

Just finished the 9 day Intro Tour around Bali and had the most amazing time!! It was my first time using Intro Travel and was pleasantly surprised! Everything was well organised, the activities were great and most of all my trip leader Ippy was the absolute best!! He always brought the vibes and had a smile on his face. Not only this but was a constant source of support, checking in regularly and honestly went above and beyond. He even supported me to organise travel after my tour ended, ensuring I was safe and supported on my way to my next destination. I always felt safe on this tour and would absolutely recommend it to anyone - particularly first time solo travellers!

I finished a 9 day group tour in Bali, led by Ippy and I highly recommend this tour especially because of the awesome tour guide. He was super helpful for everybody in the group and was friendly and just generally led the group well.

January 2025 - Bali tour - Katie our group leader was fantastic . Very accommodating, understanding and empathetic. She had excellent people skills and made everyone feel welcome and comfortable ( mind you, ours was a diverse group). The tour was well thought out and suitably organised. There was a balance of physical activities and iconic sites to visit and see. For most part, the hotel stays and transport were comfortable and were completed without any hitches. Personally being big on sight seeing, I was thrilled with the last part of the tour Nusa Lembongan, where I got to see Devils tears ˜. My group members were fantastic positive and open to suggestions and my group leader Katie optimistic and positive approach worked for all of us.

Ippy was a delight to have as our tour leader, he definitely makes the experience. I felt that Ive really seen the best parts of Bali and it was stress-free, informative and so fun.

Great tour with Ippy who is so attentive to every single person in the group and happy to help with any concerns. I would fully recommend the Bali tour as a fun easy way to travel for solo travellers. Stay blessed, never stressed!

I had an amazing experience. Ippy (our tour guide) was unbelievable! First thing that i prioritise more than anything is feeling safe and comfortable in the environment i am in. Ippy did this and made everything even more fun by going the extra mile in everything that we did. Cannot recommend him enough SERIOUSLY! If you decide to do an intro bali tour, ask fot Ippy and you are guaranteed a great time! 10/10

I did the 9 day Bali intro tour, and it fair to say, it exceeded my exceptions completely. Our tour leader and absolute legend, Ippy was the heartbeat of the camp and was great to be around everyday with his infectious energy. If you are to do this tour I;d recommend you enquire to be paired with Ippy as you will definitely have a laugh, feel safe at all times and have a stress free tour. Overall a great experience. 11/10

bali is my second intro travel trip and they really take the stress out of travelling. amie was my group leader and she made us feel at ease the whole time. she knew all the answers to all the questions we asked and no request was too much. Really recommend

Es war wirklich eine einzigartige Erfahrung. Vor der Reise hatte ich Angst, dass alles mgliche schief geht, weil ich alleine gereist bin, aber es hat alles super funktioniert und war perfekt organisiert. Das Programm bei Bali Intro war super durchgemischt und sehr abwechslungsreich von Tagesausfl¼gen (Reisfeld, Wasserflle, surfen, schnorcheln mit Schildkrten, Delphine beobachten, mit Balinesischen Familie Korb flechten etc.), gem¼tliche Fahrrad-Tour am Strand entlang, entspannen am Strand, Sonnenuntergang genieen, Freizeit zum Erholen, gemeinsame Partyzeit mit Pub-Tour und Cocktails etc bis hin zu tollen Gesprchen mit sehr netten neuen Leuten. Unsere Gruppe war super, verschiedene Charaktere und man konnte mit jedem gut reden und Spa haben ˜S Amie, unsere Gruppenf¼hrerin, hat das wirklich super gemacht, sie hat immer geschaut, dass sich jeder wohl f¼hlt und dass es jedem gut geht. Ich wurde seekrank bei de Bootsfahrt und sie mir geholfen, dass es mir gleich wieder besser gegangen ist. Und mein englisch war nicht so gut und sie hat mich motiviert und gut zugeredet. ˜S Das Essen war auch sehr gut und ausgiebig und die Unterk¼nfte wawaren sehr schn. Also war wirklich eine tolle Reise mit vielen beeindruckenden Erlebnissen. Also kann ich diese Reise mit Bali Intro jedem weiterempfehlen. ˜S bersetzung auf Englisch: It really was a unique experience. Before the trip, I was afraid that everything would go wrong because I was travelling alone, but everything worked out great and was perfectly organized. The program at Bali Intro was super mixed and very varied from day trips (rice field, waterfalls, surfing, snorkeling with turtles, dolphin watching, basket weaving with Balinese family etc.), leisurely bike tour along the beach, relaxing on the beach, enjoying the sunset, free time to relax, party time together with pub tour and cocktails etc. to great conversations with very nice new people. Our group was great, different characters and you could talk to everyone and have fun ˜S Amie, our group leader, did a really great job, she always made sure that everyone felt comfortable and that everyone was doing well. I got seasick on the boat trip and she helped me feel better straight away. And my English wasn;t so good and she motivated me and talked me through it. ˜S The food was also very good and plentiful and the accommodation was very nice. So it really was a great trip with lots of impressive experiences. So I can recommend this trip with Bali Intro to everyone. ˜S

Unforgettable experience. I recommend Intro Travel to anyone who is on the fence about travelling for the first time. I did Bali intro solo but it is accommodating to everyone in all aspects. A wide itinerary filled with exploring, learning and culture and plenty of time to do your own things too. My group leader Niamh was welcoming from start to finish. Sharing her knowledge and experience with us being extremely relatable and a great friend. Thank you for making my trip extra special and making memories that will last a lifetime ¸

Had a great time exploring Bali and will be eternally grateful for our guides Andri Agassi and Carolyn who made everything really easy for us. Really amazing experience with the Bali Intro Tour! From start to finish, everything was seamless and unforgettable with lots of new memories made. Seeing dolphins was definitely a magical highlight”truly a bucket-list moment. The volcano trek was both challenging and exhilarating, offering breathtaking views that made every step worth it, even the early start! Snorkeling was equally impressive; seeing the turtles and underwater statues was also a highlighting moment. Our group leader, Courtney, was excellent ”her enthusiasm, knowledge, and attention to detail made the entire trip smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for adventure and stunning natural beauty in Bali!

I have just finished my 9 day intro tour in Bali and it was absolutely perfect. This is my first time solo travelling and starting my trip with a tour was the best idea, I was immediately looked after when I landed and felt totally relaxed and comfortable settling into a new country. Ippy was our tour guide / group leader and he was absolutely AMAZING, I couldnt have asked for anyone better. He was always so positive and made me feel super comfortable. Any questions anyone had at any time were immediately answered and he gave lots of extra tips and tricks along the way. The range of activities that we did was great, from active ones to food related ones to of course drinking, dancing and partying. It was hard not to be smiling constantly with ippy as a group leader, he brought us all together and we had the best time ever. Thank you intro and thank you ippy !!

Had the best experience using Intro Travel for my 9 day trip to Bali. All the accommodation was beautiful, clean and tidy. The locations we visited were stunning and the tour leader Ippy was amazing, making sure the tour had a good mixture of fun partying but also relaxing.

My Intro tour to Bali is one of the best trips Ive ever had! Our leader, Cameron Lawrence made the trip super fun and provided tons of support! The group was amazing and i have made memories to last a lifetime! I look forward to seeing Cameron as a leader on other tours offered by intro! Would love to tour with him again!

Our tour guide Cameron was awesome! Very organised and had lots of knowledge about the Balinese culture and activities we would be doing, answering all the questions asked throughout the trip. Was great on a night out and had some 10 out of 10 dance moves’¯

I will start by saying the Bali Intro has been the best experience of my life, its hard to pick a favourite part as was all amazing. Bali is absolutely stunning with lovely people and great food and getting to experience snorkelling where we were lucky enough to see turtles, and beautiful waterfalls, combined with great nights out was perfect. Our leader Jess was amazing from start to finish and arranged all our onward travel too when the trip had finished. She was so much fun and made the whole experience stress free so all we had to do was enjoy ourselves. Everything was arranged, activities, transport, tables booked for dinner etc and Jess is very knowledgeable about Bali which is great. We felt very well looked after the whole time and enjoyed a carefree, fun and amazing holiday. The private villa was absolutely stunning as was the beach club. I would highly recommend intro tours for anyone wanting to try somewhere new that may not want to travel alone or in a couple and I certainly want to do one again. Everyone in our group was so lovely too! I cant say one negative about the trip, sometimes travelling took a while but that was even broken up nicely with a stop here and there, restaurants and bars we went to were great, accommodation great, especially the villa and activities fantastic. I could go on for ages but if youre thinking of doing the Bali trip, definitely do it !! Thanks again to Jess for being amazing, dont think we could have had a better group leader!

Had an amazing time on the intro to Bali tour! Hollie was SUCH a great tour guide. She is so knowledgeable and helpful regarding travelling and recommendations and so personable and great to be around!!

I did the Bali Intro tour, with Greta as our tour leader. It was an amazing tour, I was able to take part in so many great activities, like snorkelling and visiting a local Indonesian family. Greta was so much help all throughout the trip, couldnt have asked for any better
