Intro Bali 12 day~ The most amazing trip ever, couldn’t have asked for a better group leader, if I could give Annie 50 million stars I would, the most caring and helpful lady I have ever met she’s the best. the trip as a whole was awesome with many amazing activities to do from snorkelling, crazy fun nights out and hiking the volcano. I’ve met best friends for life which never would have been possible without intro. I didn’t think the trip would live up to its hype as the reviews online are so positive but it succeed my expectations and more. Thanks again to Annie and intro for an unforgettable experience!!❤️

Excellent experience (12 day Bali Intro Tour) - every activity was great, from surfing to waterfalls to experiencing local culture to partying with the group and beyond. Just finished the 12 day Bali tour with Ippy … he has been the absolute best - super kind, friendly and ultimately hilarious with incredible dance moves and a wealth of knowledge about the island. I have just completed the 12 day intro travel tour of Bali, I have had the best experience, my tour guide Ippy is the most energetic and one of the funniest people I have ever met. Even on an early morning he always brought the energy and lifted the mood of the group. His knowledge of the island and places to eat was also incredibly helpful allowing us to gain a much deeper knowledge and have the best food possible to us. From start to finish, everything was so well organized, and the itinerary was the perfect mix of adventure, culture, relaxation, and fun. A huge shoutout goes to our guide, Bela, who truly made the trip unforgettable. Her energy, kindness, and deep knowledge of Bali brought every place we visited to life. Whether it was organising local activities, sharing cultural insights, or just making sure everyone felt included and comfortable, Bela went above and beyond every single day. She created such a welcoming and positive vibe in our group – it felt like traveling with a close group of friends. From hiking up Mount Batur for sunrise, visiting stunning temples and waterfalls, to relaxing on the beaches of Gili T – every day offered something new and exciting. I also really appreciated how much care was taken with accommodations, transportation, and the little touches that made a big difference. If you're thinking about doing a group trip in Bali, I can't recommend this tour enough – and if you’re lucky enough to have Bela as your guide, you're in for something truly special!

We did the Bali Experience 12 days. Andri was an incredible tour leader, he ensured all of us were looked after and never had a thing to worry about. When a few of us fell unwell he would always go the extra mile to make sure we were ok. His knowledge on Bali was amazing and he was such a kind, funny person. Andri was training Carolyn on the tour who was also such an amazing person and fit in so well. She will be an amazing tour guide. I felt safe at all times especially being so far away from home. I enjoyed the itinerary for Bali experience 12 days. You get to see different areas of Bali, from rice fields, monkey forest and the beaches and islands. The tour guides throughout the trip were awesome! I would like to thank my group leaders Andri and Carolyn who was in training at that time. They looked after us throughout the trip and checked in on us regularly. Thank you for making my first group trip an amazing and fun one! Will be highly recommending Intro to my friends! Everything ran so smoothly and well organised it was so lovely not to have to think about any planning for activities or transfers. The Bali experience 15 day itinerary was full of experiences I would have never thought to do unless I was part of the group. There was a wide range of cultural as well as adventurous activities and a little bit of free time for ourselves. I would suggest doing the 15 days not just the 12 as ending the trip in Nusa allowed for more chilled time and we were incredibly lucky to see Manta Rays on the snorkelling activity included. Our group leader was Andri, he made us feel so relaxed and was so helpful that he speaks Balinese. Andri is so knowledgable and the perfect guide making our trip so fun and exciting. Andri was training Carolyn which was lovely to have two group leaders, Im sure Carolyn will go on to be an amazing tour guide too!

Highly recommend Intro Travel if you want to tick a location off your bucket list. That was Bali for me and it was absolutely beyond my expectations. I chose the 12 day Bali experience and had Katie as our Group Leader. She made the experience so comfortable and enjoyable. No question or request was too much. Thanks so much again for everything Katie! You are the best! The agenda was perfectly diverse, and I love how Intro works with local families to support them and their businesses. The local guides we had were all wonderful and hilarious characters, bringing all temple, rice fields and monkey forest visits to the next level. I really enjoyed having everything perfectly planned out and arranged, it took all the stress out of the usual travelling. 1000% would I look to tick off another bucket list location with Intro Travel. I did the Bali intro experience Trip for 12 days and it was in incredible time. Anna was my leader, she was amazing. She solved every problem that comes thru. Has a good knowledge about the culture, and knows the best locations for food and party. It was a once in a lifetime journey with the most amazing people. I met new people, made new friend, made incredible memories. I miss everyone. My next trip will be with Introtravel again.

Had the best time on the Bali Experience trip this past 12 days! The hotels were lovely and the activities we went on were brilliant - especially swimming with the turtles in Gili and visiting a local home stay where we were get the most delicious Balinese food! Our leader Katie was amazing - we always knew what was going on / meeting times / what we needed to bring with us each day, and on top of that she was always around and ready to help with anything and everything we needed. She was great at being our tour leader at the same time as being part of the group keeping us entertained (even at 2 in the morning before climbing a volcano) and in the loop at all times - I think our trip would have been a whole different experience without her at the helm¸ Thanks to Katie and Intro for a brilliant trip in a beautiful country! If anyone is considering the Bali Experience trip, get it booked - you wont regret it!

I just completed the 12 day Bali experience tour and I cannot fault one part of it. It was an incredible experience with the perfect mix of city/beach/inland. Everything was organised and I did not have to worry about a single thing the whole tour - it was seamless! We had Andri for our group leader and his communication, knowledge and organisation was next level. I felt like I could go to him any time with any questions and the help was given instantly. Andri also helped me with onward travel, I would have been lost without him!

Ive just finished the Bali Experience tour with Katie which was amazing and would highly recommend. Everything on the lead up to the tour was great, including the airport pick up and Katie being at the hotel to meet us. All accommodation was in a great location and the literary was great to have a mix of activities to get a well rounded experience of Bali. There was also a good amount of free time throughout the trip to do what you wanted, which Katie helped with recommendations and booking. As a female travelling on my own, this trip was perfect to see and experience Bali feeling safe, and with a great tour leader. Katie was a phenomenal! She was really friendly, funny and organised, taking all stress away so we could enjoy our trip.

Just finished the Bali experience tour, and it was amazing and so well run. Cannot be faulted in anyway. Our group leader Hendri was so welcoming and went above and beyond for every single member of the group to ensure that they had the best time on the trip. All of the accommodation was lovely, and pre planned transport between areas made it so stress free and enjoyable, not once having to worry about anything. We had originally only booked onto the 12 day tour, but chose to stay longer due to how good it had been, and the strong friendships that had been formed throughout. Again, Hendri made this quick and easy for us, without us having to sort it out ourselves. Before leaving the tour we put deposits down for other locations to experience with intro travel. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to travel!

The Bali Experience is one of the most incredible experiences I have had. The itinerary is a great mix of activity and socialising and is extremely well run and organised. Most of this was down to our group leader Alex, he had an excellent energy and passion for the tour and did his best to ensure everyone enjoyed their time in Bali. Just got back from the 12 day experience in Bali and it was a life changing trip! The people, places, and experiences were incredible. From boating with dolphins in Lovina, to scuba diving with sea turtles in Gili T, and hanging with monkeys in Ubud, the trip is jam packed with memories youll never forget. All you have to do is show up, everything else is organized and taken care of. The glue that held the whole trip together was our incredible leader Vitor. His love of Bali was so clear and he had amazing knowledge of the land and culture. His infectious positivity rubbed off on us all and he kept the trip so much fun while seamlessly getting us where we needed to be. I had a scary medical emergency on the trip and Vitor immediately deescalated the situation, kept me calm, and helped me get proper care right away. I will forever be grateful for his help and leadership. Vitor deserves all the accolades for hosting an unforgettable trip and I hope to follow him to the Philippines for another tour.

The best trip ever!! Just finished the 12 day Bali experience and it was fantastic. From surfing to snorkelling to the monkey forest - there really were so many highlights. Our tour leader Greta was the absolute best and went above and beyond her job role - it was like being on holiday with a friend. She always had a smile on her face and kept us laughing all the way through (perhaps some may say soul-lifting haha). The accommodation was fab and with lots of pool rooms! My favourite part was definitely the trip to Gili T which happened to also be my birthday (birthday karaoke hits different £) and I truly have made memories to last a lifetime! Highly recommend this trip to anyone who is considering bookingyou wont regret it!!

I was on the 12 day Bali experience with Sam as our group leader. I cannot recommend this trip enough! Absolutely amazing experiences along the way and a lot of firsts for me personally from travelling solo for the first time to surfing, holding a snake, having monkey selfies and climbing an active volcano! Sam was fantastic as a leader, she answered all our queries, had everything organised to a T, and made us feel so welcome and connected. Our group as a result were so at ease in Bali and got on so well! Sam, thank you for making this trip an amazing one!

I recommend everything about the tour all the activities which were included were amazing done some things i would never have known about if i came on my own. All the people you meet and the tour leader help you with so much and make you feel comfortable coming away on your own. Rachel our group leader for the Bali Experience was amazing so informative and nothing was too much trouble for her. She made my experience 10 times more enjoyable. I loved every second of my trip and it wouldnt have been the same without our amazing group leader. She took time taking loads of photos of all our activities and put them in the app photo circle this means we have memories for life something we wouldnt have been able to capture without Rachel. All the recommendations of places to eat and things we could get up to in our free time made everything so much easier and put me at ease that the food places were safe to eat at

I wish Id done this years ago! Ive just finished on the Bali 12 day Experience with Rachel, which was an experience of a lifetime. Highlights include scuba diving in the Gili Islands, trekking up a volcano to watch the sunrise and having a home cooked lunch with a local Balinese family. We had a lovely group and Rachel brought us all together so well, with such a warm character but also brilliant fun - with strong dance moves when they came out..!! The tour was so well organised, with no waiting around and it felt like we covered everything I could have wanted, far more than Id have visited if I had organised myself. Huge thanks to Rachel ; Intro Travel for an unforgettable trip!

I have just landed home after my 12 day Bali Experience, and 38 day Epic Asia trip but wanted to say a massive thank you to all my amazing leaders (Adam Casey, James Mellish and Char Johnson) but with a special shoutout to my Bali leader, Vitor. My trip in Asia started off really badly, due to many different factors. I booked myself onto the tour 3 days prior to it starting and I honestly feel that without Vitor and his kindness, I dont think i would of made it to the end of my 9 weeks. A really tricky start that he made so much easier¸ an extremely knowledgeable, personable, funny and most of all caring leader, who i will forever be grateful for. So amazing, that its made me want to work for intro one day and hopefully follow in his footsteps!

My boyfriend and I booked the Bali Experience with Intro Travel and it has been the best trip of my life. The itinerary was incredible and our group leader, Rachel, made the trip even more memorable. She was so on top of everything and helped with anything and everything we needed. I went scuba diving for the first time and it was so surreal. I loved all the cities we went to and the food was amazing! Love, love, love Bali and all it has to offer! I will be telling all my friends and family about it º¸

She made our experiences run so smoothly and helped us with any info and gave incredible recommendations for our free time. Ive just finished the 12 day Bali Experience trip and it was everything I could have imagined and more. It really was the trip of a lifetime! I have made so many amazing memories and have now got friends for life. Hendri, our group leader, was absolutely fantastic. He was so positive, full of energy and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was okay. This included making several trips to the doctors, ensuring everyones dietary requirements were met and organising extra activities for us to do in our free time. He kept us entertained with his terrible jokes and his surprisingly good ability to sing, dance and play the guitar. Note- Taylor Swift - Back to December has got to be one of my favourite performances ‚ We were so lucky to have someone so kind, funny and warm hearted, who also knew loads about the Balinese culture itself. I honestly dont think the trip would have been the same without him! Im so happy that I got to experience the beautiful country that is Bali and learn so much about their fascinating way of life. I definitely wouldnt have been able to cram so many activities into one trip if Id have decided to visit on my own, like I was originally planning to. Everything was super organised and I felt completely stress free from the second I stepped off the plane. All of the activities we did were excellent and it is hard to think of a single favourite but swimming with turtles was definitely a bucket list moment and I absolutely loved our time spent on Gili T! I cannot recommend this trip highly enough. I have already booked onto the Thai Experience trip with Intro Travel and I cannot wait to do more in the future

Ive just finished the 12 day intro Bali experience tour that I did with my friend, and I couldnt recommend it more. We had Gemma who was an absoloute legend, and was so accommodating friendly and funny. Every part of the tour was incredible and we loved that Gemma was so organised and incredible every step of the way. We saw some incredible things and everything felt so personal and planned out. Couldnt have asked for a better a guide, Gemma was amazing and hilarious . We saw every part of Bali that we wanted to see, and we didnt have to stress about anything. We had the best time and met the most amazing people and we dont want to leave cant wait for the next one

My 12 day Bali Experience trip with Hendri our guide, and booked through Intro, has changed my life completely. It was hands down the best experience of my life and I have visited many countries with many great people. I am so grateful for every smile, tear and crazy amounts of laughter each and every person on my tour gave me in the two weeks I was there. The organisation from start to finish was brilliant. The app made the process extremely smooth, the customer service online was fantastic and they answered all my questions rapidly pre booking. I was able to get all the information I needed to be secure in flying pre airport thanks to Intro emails, pre contact from our guide and also the wonderful Facebook group we could access. You can add yourself into the specified group for your chosen trip where you can find other people on your booking. People openly ask questions and its a real sense of community to ease the feelings of if youre doing everything correctly! Feeling nervous about the process of travelling to Asia solo for the first time, Intro gave me confidence the moment the trip began. I safely had an airport pick up and arrived at the hotel to meet the group and instantly felt at home. Hendri our guide was absolutely fantastic for the entire duration of the trip. From the moment of checking in; using his local connections to recommend the best eateries and bars, being the life of the party with us whilst staying professionally responsible and being the saviour of the day if and when things went wrong (including a temporarily lost phone and bag from a ferry in the group!!). His cultural insights were amazingly informative and it was nice to have someone who locally knows the ins and outs of the Island as a tour guide. His attitude and enthusiasm for his job is second to none, his drive and happiness within the profession (and as soon as he has a guitar and mic in hand) rubbed off on the whole group. I dont think any of us have laughed so much than being in his presence so we were extremely grateful to have him of all people taking care of us for the duration. Just some of the incredible experiences we had included in the trip; infinity pool beach clubs, stunning temples where you have a blessing, party nights in seminyak, surfing lesson, beach sunset sessions, rice field tours and coffee tasting, waterfalls, dolphin watching, a bike ride, scuba diving sessions we added on, snorkelling with turtles and manta rays, gili island statues, monkey forests and a sunrise volcano hike (so worth it). I cant wait to book another tour with Intro and experience more adventures. It has given me the drive to want to do so much more exploring. Bali has my heart but Intro, my tour group and Hendri cumulatively are the ones that made it. So Thank you.

I never wanted this to end! Last year I did Bali Experience with INTRO and have since done Thai Experience and put down deposits for multiple other countries! I couldnt recommend this company more. Everything is perfectly planned out, organized, and mixes culture, adventure, relaxation, and fun in the best way! Our Group Leader Caroline did a great job taking care of us and really helped to keep all of us feeling like we were on holiday the whole time. Caroline does a great job of keeping a smile on everyones face, brining everyone together, and was super helpful sorting out our traveling during Corona. Staying in floating bungalows then tree houses was a magical experience and a nice way to relax after Bangkok. I am looking forward to my next INTRO tour and hope to have Caroline again x

Our group leader Adele went above and beyond before, during and after the tour for all of us! The Bali Experience tour itself was really fantastic and I saw so much more of Bali than I would have if I had gone by myself. They took us to see some real hidden gems. I cant wait to do another trip with the tour operator and hope to have another amazing leader like Adele as she was approachable, fun and had so much knowledge about the country.

I had so many amazing Experiences, each day I made life long memories and I am so happy that I chose this tour operator for my trip. My highlights were discovering that I can actually surf and paddle board which I will now be doing more often. We had an interes ting time on our boat back from Gili and Candice was so helpful and such a calm person to be around. The whole group bonded so well and I have made life long friends from this trip. I will be travelling with the tour operator again, for sure. Well done gang!

Coming up to the end of the Bali experience tour and reflecting on what a great time has been had by all. Travis our tour leader successfully managed to provide us all with our own unique unforgettable experience. My group consisted of a wide age range of persons which on paper would be hard to ensure everyone was kept engaged, loving life and getting the experience out of Bali they wanted but Travis made exactly sure that happened going above and beyond to make sure everyone had a fantastic time. Whether it was him encouraging those of us who drank to much the night before to stay hydrated ; making sure we felt ok , providing informative information for those who were more interested in the detail of certain sites we visited more then taking photos or taking 5 minutes to check in on someone when he sensed they were feeling homesick for their kids! (Me guilty as charged!) Bali experience tour is something I would recommend to all for the different sites you get to visit and things you get to experience . The dolphins and the volcano sunrise trek were by far my favourite. Im leaving with lots of fantastic memories. Defo recommend intro travel as the company to use when considering doing one of these type of tours.

I couldnt rate the tour operator any higher! All extra activities are included, most of your meals and all forms of transport. There is an incredible mix of culture, nightlife and seeing some breathtaking sights. Candice is honestly the group leader Ive ever had. She got us everywhere safely, she was organised and handled everything with such professionalism. But most importantly, she is now one of my friends. Do yourself a favour and book a trip with the operator, you wont forget it.

This tour was stellar! I had done a tour before with a different popular travel company, and this trip was on a totally different level. Every part of the trip was well-planned and executed perfectly. Our guide made the trip - he made so many fun memories for us all!

Bali experience 12 days was awesome. We were able to fit in so much, exploring all of Bali treasures. All aided by an amazing tour host.

Amazingly organised, took away all the stress of worrying about where to be and when. The itinerary was fantastically created, with so many great things included, especially things like the family visit which was an experience impossible to get on a normal holiday. Morgan was also an incredible guide, relaxed and really easy to get along with, and dealt with every situation amazingly.

Currently in the airport waiting for my first flight home and slightly contemplating life after an UNFORGETTABLE first time solo travelling! Before booking onto the 12 days Bali Experience I was super nervous about travelling on my own, however most people on the tour were in the exact same position and it has meant that I have got to know so many people from all over the world and made some forever friends! I 100% recommend just clicking book if you are like me and contemplating it as solo travelling is definitely the best way to learn and grow and get the most from the trip! Bali is beautiful and the tour is incredible, so well organised and so much fit into the 12 days in terms of activities. You will stay at some beautiful accommodation and the food is so fresh and delicious (you eat out and get to choose your own food as opposed to a set menu!) I had Craig for my group leader and I couldnt recommend anyone more! He was organised and professional, as well as friendly and approachable from day 1! He made sure the trip was as stress free as possible for everyone and always kept the mood positive and upbeat with his constant banter and jokes - even when we had early morning get ups surviving off very low sleep and possibly still hungover/drunk/experiencing joss withdrawals! He also made sure everyone was okay and involved at all times so that no one was ever left out which has meant that the group got so close in such a short period of time, it feels like Ive known it everyone for years. Before leaving Bali I have already put down 2 deposits on 2 other intro tours and I am 100% going to request Craig to be my group leader when I choose a date as I dont think the experience would have been the same without him! Best trip of my life so far, everyone needs to go!

I done the intro bali experience. Had an amazing time on the trip and got to see the best of bali with outstanding accommodation throughout the tour. Would 100% recommend Craig for any future tours as he was constantly ensuring everyone was enjoying themselves and making the most of all the activities, definitely going to be booking onto another tour soon!

Had the best time on the Bali experience 12 day trip and would 100% recommend to anyone! Our group leader Craig was amazing, always making sure the group was happy and enjoying the activities, and all the included activities were really fun and included lots of new experiences for everyone. The trip was so well organised and all the accommodation and food was really good. Made some friends for life in the group and would definitely book onto another intro travel tour again!

Done the intro Bali experience. What can I say? The entire experience from each expertly organised activity, to the funny social and understanding group leader, made my trip the best yet. Couldnt recommend the tour more and if you can secure Craig as your tour leader, youre onto a winner all round. Also the hotels are amazing;)

The 12 day Bali Experience tour was absolutely incredible! From the minute we stepped off the plane we was in good hands with Adam and Kate as group leaders, they were both amazing! I cant choose a best part as it was all fantastic and I really did enjoy every second! If youre considering this tour...just book it! youll have a blast!

I have just finished the Bali experience Jan 19 and the trip was awesome. Craig and Adam the tour leaders were so energetic and ensured everyone was involved in everything from activities to going out, and generally all round lovely guys. The accomodation was excellent and the activities too....my fav was the dolphins. I would highly recommend this trip :-)

Would highly recommend Bali experience, did some awesome once in a lifetime things and had the most amazing group leader (Bonnie) that took us around Bali. So much fun!

I had the most amazing Bali experience with Intro Travel! Our leader Craig was fantastic! Good fun, knowledgeable, and a great organiser helping us all to make the most of our time in Bali! We trekked a volcano at 3am ready for sunrise, watched spinning dolphins out in the sea, had a wicked time surfing..every day was wonderful and full of fun things with our lovely group! The accommodation and food were amazing too! Would highly recommend Intro Travel, saving up for this is the best holiday you will ever have! X x x

Bali Experience is by the far the best holiday I have been on in my life. The planning of everything was perfect, from our airport pick up, all accomodations, all transfers and the activities were out of this world. Our guide Dave was amazing and literally could not have done any more for us. His passion for his job shone through and nothing was ever too much trouble, especially when I had an unfortunate incident whilst cycling and he spent the whole time with me in the medical centre checking I was ok. There were so many activities which were all incredible, personal favourites were dolphin spotting, surfing lesson and visiting a local family. For anyone who wants to visit Bali I cannot recommend this enough!!!! Just incredible!
