The train ride up to see Matterhorn Mountains

This tour was great! We got to see so many different sights and experience different modes of transportation. The vistas are just gorgeous. Our tour guide, Daniel, was awesome as was our motor coach driver, Danillo. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone who wants to see various places in Switzerland and Lake Maggiore in Italy. FABULOUS!

Bernini Express. Tour manager Dario was always prepared and gave just enough information and history to make it interesting and amusing but not overdone. Went out of his way to meet the needs of all the group. Made the trip very pleasant and memorable. A treasure

Mt Pilatud

Our guide went out of his way when rain was coming in…he found something else for us to do. That was above our expectations. The train ride…Fabulous. So glad we got to see the lion of the Swiss Guards.

I had a great trip and our Tour Manager made the trip even more enjoyable! Every day we had an activity and free time to explore. My favorite thing about the trip was hiking under the Matterhorn and seeing Mount Pilatus. The Hotel's were all unique and had a boutique feel, with rooms decorated like the towns we were visiting. Some of my favorite things this trip were Lago Maggiore (Stesa), FAI Cheese Tour, the Cog Wheel Train, Lucerne Old Town, exploring the Village of Zermatt and St. Moritz. The pace of the tour was quick, but also in depth in each location. The Tour Manager was always available to give her suggestions as to what to do during our "Free Time". She even helped us find a Tobbogan to ride... (not an included event, but maybe should be?)

There were so many great experiences. The train rides. The lakes, the tours. It all was so memorable. Being able to see the Matterhorn was definitely a highlight. The only thing I would say is maybe stay more than one night in St. Moritz. You get there later in the afternoon and cannot really enjoy all it has to offer.

This tour offered a wide variety of experiences. It was well planed, and the tour manager was well versed in the areas visited.
