We hiked the O-trail, and this travel specialist was nothing short of spectacular from start to finish. They send a super clear itinerary and prep document, and the level of responsiveness from the team leading up the hike was genuinely second to none. Everything (transfers, accommodation, food) is taken care of for you, so you can really just focus on the experience. The guide we were provided with (Chacho!) was the single best guide we've had in a year of traveling in which we used many different guides for different activities. He was informative, motivating, and an absolute pleasure to spend time with. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Rides were waiting at airports, flights booked logically, lodging selections were a mix between quaint and luxury, but all were wonderful. Our leader made sure each and every one of us had the best experience of the countries that he was so passionate and knowledgeable about. They are beautiful and varied with snow capped mountains, glaciers creating large lakes and miles and miles of wide open spaces where a variety of animals such as grey foxes, sheep and guanacos roam. We learned of their history, culture, food, music and people whilst travelling from Buenos Airies to the ‘end of the world’ in Ushuaia and north through Chile. It is an experience I will never forget and would thoroughly recommend to those who love to travel.

Communication throughout the planning process (and during the trip itself) was also excellent. They were always responsive and proactive, and we especially appreciated the valuable updates they provided while we were traveling.
